Maybe if you're thinking really literally. But if you filter through the sentai aesthetic, the helmets would be the key signifier, and the body could be a spandex take on chainmail (akin to Hurricanger and Kyoryuger) or something.

Zyuranger already used dinosaur helmets and whit diamond patterns on the suit, why should Abaranger reuse that?

Because patterns and styles can be altered.
Unless you want to make the "chainmail" to look more like grey scales, it's not something you can change too much to make it look all it's own.

Hey if they could have several different characters all with some level of unique Rescue feature, Kinkyu Sentai ResQger should be possible.

But I suppose you could mingle Magi, Hurricane and ToQ together make make Sentai Knights. In some way at least.

You could say that, but their suit design doesn't really lend itself to a knight, at least in my eyes (Sans, well...Black Knight).

Dude, chill out. The chain mail/scale mail pattern in Hurricanger is far from the defining element of that uniform, and there are plenty of ways to execute the same idea differently. Look at the sleeves on the Kyoryuger costumes, which did a unique spin on a similar concept. But even ignoring the possibility of a different take, if your argument is that Sentai designers are averse to using the same costume design element more than once, you're being willfully obtuse.

You can't imagine a cool knight-based Sentai design. Fine. But that doesn't give you a right to mock someone's enthusiasm.

Maybe if someone described what a knight ranger would look like, because "Chainmail arms and legs + tunic" is exactly what HurricaneBlue is. Perhaps something more useful than that can help my apparent caveman brain into imagining what you people want.
And I would argue that the chainmail portion on the Hurricangers is their defining feature. Sure as hell isn't their completely standard suits.
