Like Black had issues but after a few initial reports and warnings it was relatively contained. I've seen like twice the number of issue reports with Tiga.

I mean if you're doing that cause of these new SS releases I wouldn't worry about any QC issues like these. The mold's no different from the original sans the paintjob and OG Ichigou had no issues I could think of.

Not about QC, just debating with the 50th ver coming, whether I should spend $150 on the original

The new version is definitely different but I feel the lighting's making it look more different than it actually is. To me it looks like a case of where you wouldn't really notice the difference unless you had both in hand, or you're an extreme stickler for OG Kamen Rider. I'd stick with your pre-order

Here's the 50th anniversey edition standing next to Rider 2, who I'm pretty sure shares the same color scheme on the helmet and chest as the original SS Ichigo release
