The popularity may help, but it won't necessarily translate into Figuarts sales. People tend to focus on the main and ultimate forms. Jimba Lemon and Kachidoki are sure to be regular releases, but I'm not so sure about the rest, especially since Gridon, Kurokage and Bravo are already exclusives. I think they'd be more willing to take the risk on other riders being regulars over alternate Gaim forms.

Just a heads up, but since that has been posted all over here, Rangerboard, Twitter and who knows how many other places, chances are Bluefin have sent a cease and desist to the seller. Don't count on getting any other figures early from that guy now.

I seem to have missed that conversation, can you summarize for me, why would Bluefin have sent a C&D to the seller?

Apparently the release date for MMPR Black is supposed to be April, and if that is the case then this seller would have broken the street date I guess. Not sure about the specifics in terms of business contracts etc. but that is what I got from it. Although I though that MMPR Black was supposed to come out this month unless it got delayed.

there is no such thing as a street date for figuarts if blue fin doesnt want them released they wont ship to sellers at that time. Theres a simple answer for why he has them earlier than the "big" sellers. The bluefin distribution center is in Irvine CA and the seller is in LA and besides he isnt the only person that has it in stock. if you check toyarena.com he has it as well, knowing the owner for toyarena personally his warehouse is in City of Industry. i wouldnt be surprised if amazon, bbts, etc start receiving theres soon. Its probably location plus size of shipment as im sure bbts and amazon order tons for their sites vs smaller sellers as these.

Same thing happened with the gouraigers i had them preordered with amazon and toyarena got them in like 2 weeks before amazon so i cancelled with them and got it through toyarena

That makes sense. I'm not familiar with how things go as far as release dates and what not so thanks! I guess that explains why it takes a longer time for the place I pre-ordered him from to get them in since they are located in Canada. Guess its just something quite simple that is often overlooked or forgotten? Haha

Edit: Just got an invoice for MMPR Black from where I pre-ordered him (Automaton Toys for the curious), $58.78 after shipping and taxes, yikes. As much as I want to support small business, I am glad that I was able to pre-order Blue and Yellow from Amazon.ca to save me the $10 shipping.

Well, I'm holding out for a release from Image Anime. I think by next week they should have them in-store and online. Strangely, Black disappeared from Midtown's site....could be a sign they're releasing soon too.

I'm worried by the fact they're doing Hibiki before Kiva. It most likely means another Ryuki situation where we have to wait for all the Riders from that series to be released before moving onto something else. Although I doubt as many of the Hibiki riders will be regulars.

And speaking of which, where's Femme? She's the only one needed to complete that series.

It really doesn't bother me too much, since we've gotten absolutely nothing from Hibiki, whereas with Kiva we at least got Emperor Form, Dark Kiva, and IXA.

And that's why I thought they would finish that line first! There's only a couple of releases missing. Although at this point, I wouldn't be surprised if they all get renewals anyway, so that might be why.

as soon as I go onto tokunation this morning what do I see but the announcement of hibiki. I literally screamed in joy. I MUST HAVE HIM! one of my favorite designs and one I have been meaning to watch for a while. I am probably gonna have to dip into legacy titanus money for this since I already have knuckle, kurokage, and legacy dragonzord budgeted from my Christmas fund.

I am stoked to finally be able to get Hibiki & Lenagle pre-ordered. Also Hibiki is AUGUST release guys Leangle is July. If is says 8 then it's AUGUST if it says 7 it means JULY, THAT'S how you tell what month one of these figures is gonna be released when you're looking at one of those figureoh magazine scans people :lol.

I never saw the scans, so I was just taking Dr. Kain's word for it. :lol

Dr. Kain probably didn't see the scans either though :lol. But yeah I usually wait till something interesting in terms of Figuarts releases come out for an announced release. The good thing is, I don't have to pay up front if I pre-order without the BBTS pile of loot, even if I do I would still be using my checking card since I'm only able to use it for online purchases within the continental USA states.

I'm a bit let down that Zangetsu Shin is a exclusive. I will likely won't have the money by the time when CStoys will start taking pre-orders.

It's cause apparently you labeled Hibiki for a July release when the scan actually says 8 which is August, just wanted to point that out to you :). Remember, the numbers that are 1 to 12 are the month of the release in the magazine scans on figure king's magazine scans to find out the release Leangle & Robo Rider are July but Hibiki is August, I'm surprised about how random the web exclusive releases are especially considering some of the September releases like Bravo are already on pre-order :lol. But yeah I'm still REALLY excited that I can FINALLY pre-order my FIRST main rider figuart & my FIRST Blade series figurart, yes I'm gonna try to complete the: Blade & Hibiki series first then Gaim & Wizard then Ryuki & 555 :).

Image Anime should have Zangetsu Shin up for pre-order soon. I can never pre-order anything from CStoys or AmiAmi because they sell out way too fast.

I got Shining Agito today from Amazon, and he is pretty dang awesome! His joints all feel absolutely perfect, and he looks amaaaaaazing!

Never seen Agito but looking at the toys I'm always amazed by how much of a step down Shining looks, Burning is so much cooler.

No matter what you do, Burning is just designed poorly. I'm not sure there's much to be done to keep it from eventually breaking. And you should totally watch Agito. Really really solid show. It's the last bit of Inoue's good work before he went off to cloud cuckoo land.

I must not understand then. What part of the design is causing the problem? I thought the shoulder peg that goes into the torso was breaking because it is too tight (I also think the hing part of the joint also might be too tight).

But Shining looks to have the same joints, they just work more smoothly.

Oh, and the way the shoulder pads rub on the the torso bit is wearing off the paint. :(

I don't think that has anything to do with releases. If anything, they were finishing up all the Showa figures while Ryuki was being released. Plus, all those Den-O forms came out as well.

Emperor and Dark Kiva are definitely showing their age. Ixa, surprisingly, is still good.

Well that's not what SideSwipePrime thought when you said what you said about the releases, usually it's a good idea to add the months of any release month that is different than the release of a different item :lol.
