Yeah lol thats why i asked. The 20th diendriver is just a reshelled and recolored neo diendriver, with all the sounds and molding as the neo version. The original is trash, but i was wondering if it would be worth it to buy from hobbysearch for around $35. Ive nevet dealt with them and have no idea how much something of that size would cost to ship stateside. If its worth it to import at that price+ shipping or buy a bluefin imported copy for $70

Yup! Having looked through a lot more videos now it turns out it's a pretty extensive reader, too:-

- All secondary riders
- All attack ride cards
- All primary riders
- In fact just, every single rider from Heisei phase 1; movie exclusives and all
- All final form rides
- All final attack rides
- Diend Complete


As far as I can tell it's capable of everything that was achieved on the show (and everything you'd assume it'd be capable of from inference) with the exception of the KaijinRides. Pretty extensive package all in all!

I mean, i have to give credit where credits due. Your disection of Kamen Rider Blade really made me reevaluate my dislike of the series, and i actually came to like it. They either probably didnt sell as many Neo- Diendrivers as they wanted to or they felt it was time to bless us tokunerds with an apology in the form of a diendriver with working reader to make up for that trash in '09. Regardless i wanted to know if anyone has used hobby search and if its worth it to import something as big as the diendriver at $35 before shipping. Also, how much do u guys think shipping would cost?

Well the thing is, that's actually very different to Neo -- 20th doesn't have any post-Decade sounds, and I believe Neo didn't have sounds for Riders that weren't primaries or secondaries like Scissors or G4. It's more comparable to CSM, which I probably shouldn't have to say is extremely impressive.

I would go for it at that price if you really want it. You can check the shipping at the checkout, right? And if it's too much Bluefin always has stock.
