Trying to write Xyger, i figured i needed a general for the evil team, i already had one in mind for later but i think i need another one right of the bat who's the villains right hand man, but i can't think of a name for him.

I'm guessing he'll be based on a Pokemon right? Or maybe on the antagonist group in X and Y? I'd like to help, but I'm afraid I'll need a more details.
