What's skullheart? |
Hello there Tokunation.
I am CybermanWorf and like SanoBaron came from another forum and have migrated here from a friends reccomendation. I love Kamen rider series my favourite being Ryuki, Gaim and Fourze and I am slowly getting myself into super sentai as well. I hope to have fun talking with you guys. |

So I said: To Tokunation! ... Because I'm already here :3 Welcome Sano and Worf, let's have fun again! |
;-;7 we're all just wandering refugees in the madness of the webs.
we figured if we couldn't have justice in our old forum, then we need some dedicated justice. at least in my case. |

Refugees of Skullheart: Welcome to TokuNation.
We here are fond of off-topic threads and general off-topicness that we wear "thread derailment" as a badge of honor. May you all find friendship and camaraderie here. |
Thanks for all the messages from you guys.
We will definitely enjoy our time here. |

By the way, do any of you new guys play Smash on the 3DS. Matrixbeast, klonoahedgehog, galvantula and I have all been playing friend on friend multiplayer a lot (almost everyday in fact), so just a heads up if any of you want to join. |
To your question powerman, I feel I am in the minority for this one but I like ryuki's ending because I feel it worked for what it was going for and I am trying to be vague as I don't want to be to spoileriffic if someone sees this post.
T o your second question, I have a 3ds but nos smash as I am trying to limit my gaming spendings as of recent, emphasis on trying. |

I understand you limiting your game spendings. No need to feel pressured to use that money for smash if something you feel more important needs it. If you do get the game eventually, you can head to our smash bros 4 thread and hang with us. :D |
And in honor of derailment, here's a greeting card for you all who are new:

I think it helps that ryuki was my first rider series so I have I place the reason for my enjoyment of kamen rider coming from that.
I might get along with Smash later, I already know who I would like to play but like due to budgeting it is going to be a while before I get there. Also nice Gundam signature. |

oh trust us, we here from skullheart know exactly what it means to derail a thread.
many a times, I was the one who would derail the threads. I also plan to get Smash, but I'm also wanting to get some SMT games, finish Devil Survivor Overclocked, etc etc. I will get it eventually though, ;-;7 RIP in peace Star Wolf. |

lemme just say,
I appreciate the very warm welcome from everyone on here. I hope I don't become a nuisance to anyone here. |
Hello everyone, I will be the third (fourth?) refugee from the Skullhearts forum.
My history with Tokusatsu starts with the American adaptations of Super Sentai that aired during the 90's (power rangers, Beetle Borgs, etc) and the Godzilla movies I would rent from a local Blockbusters as a kid. Once Power Rangers moved to Disney XD and hit Operation Overdrive I decided to hang it up. It wouldn't be until a friend of mine introduced me to Kamen Rider Kabuto about 4 years ago that I would become aware of the actual concept of Tokusatsu and, while I never finished Kabuto he would also recommend Kamen Rider Kuuga which is the series that got me hooked on the genre again. Thanks you all for the warm reception for my fellow refugees and I look forward to getting involved in whatever shenanigans might come up here. Also, by chance is anyone here familiar with an American show called "Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog"? I remember watching, and loving the show as a kid and by luck I found a copy of the only VHS they released a few years back in a thrift store. |

Greetings all you new guys; as I am too lazy and too tired to backtrack and quote your posts, I offer this blanket greeting instead.
I too once hung out on a board in which the mods went crazy. Less said about that, the better. |
For everyone new in the last few weeks - welcome to TokuNation :)
If you need anything or have a question you don't feel comfortable asking in the forums, don't hesitate to contact me privately! PM box is always open! Thanks for joining our little (is it still little?) family! I hope you enjoy your time with us! |
Welcome everyone, nice to see new peeps.

Glad to meet you all!
Bueno's my name and Bueno's my game. I currently live in Tokyo (been here for about 9 years) and got to produce, direct, and star in my own Tokusatsu film called Gun Caliber. In order to do so, I started up a small Tokusatsu film group and named it "Garage Hero". http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e1...psfd3ad153.jpg I've worked a bit in the industry as well. Got to play the role of Kamen Rider Kick Hopper for a Kabuto stage, work as the action director for the Tokusatsu film, Gaion Sigma. http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e1...ps517483bc.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e1...ps159c9aff.png I even got hang out with Koichi Sakamoto on the sets of Aka x Pink and Ultraman Ginga S. Fun times! http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e1...ps1f4e00f3.jpg Looking forward to talking to the lot of you and if you have any questions feel free to ask! And by all means, please subscribe to my YouTube channel, Garage Pro TV as I'll be uploading lots of original Toku content this year! |
I welcome you to the Nation of Toku.
|
Welcome to the crew Bueno, it's awesome to have an insider like yourself among us.

We start filming Hayate next month! Unlike Gun Caliber, which was aimed for a mature audience, this is going to be more for the kids and is aimed to be a Local Hero for the city of Asakusa. |
Those are some impressive credentials. Bueno, welcome to the team!
