Hello there Tokunation.

I am CybermanWorf and like SanoBaron came from another forum and have migrated here from a friends reccomendation.

I love Kamen rider series my favourite being Ryuki, Gaim and Fourze and I am slowly getting myself into super sentai as well.

I hope to have fun talking with you guys.

Skullgirls (a video game) forum that decided that all off-topic is evil and locked it all. That's where I, Sanoblaze and CybermanWorf came from, we had our own little Kamen Rider topic there (where I learned about Kamen Rider in the first place, thanks to Sano and Worf) but it's locked now.

I think our off topic discussions are sometimes more prevelent then our toku discussions lol.

By the way, do any of you new guys play Smash on the 3DS. Matrixbeast, klonoahedgehog, galvantula and I have all been playing friend on friend multiplayer a lot (almost everyday in fact), so just a heads up if any of you want to join.

To your question powerman, I feel I am in the minority for this one but I like ryuki's ending because I feel it worked for what it was going for and I am trying to be vague as I don't want to be to spoileriffic if someone sees this post.

T o your second question, I have a 3ds but nos smash as I am trying to limit my gaming spendings as of recent, emphasis on trying.

I agree with you on Ryuki's ending. I hated the ending before listening to a henshin justice podcast (another toku site) explained the entire ending and the universe and why it's cool. But it's interpretation.

I understand you limiting your game spendings. No need to feel pressured to use that money for smash if something you feel more important needs it.

If you do get the game eventually, you can head to our smash bros 4 thread and hang with us. :D

I think it helps that ryuki was my first rider series so I have I place the reason for my enjoyment of kamen rider coming from that.

I might get along with Smash later, I already know who I would like to play but like due to budgeting it is going to be a while before I get there.

I also plan to get Smash, but I'm also wanting to get some SMT games, finish Devil Survivor Overclocked, etc etc.

Hello everyone, I will be the third (fourth?) refugee from the Skullhearts forum.

My history with Tokusatsu starts with the American adaptations of Super Sentai that aired during the 90's (power rangers, Beetle Borgs, etc) and the Godzilla movies I would rent from a local Blockbusters as a kid. Once Power Rangers moved to Disney XD and hit Operation Overdrive I decided to hang it up.
It wouldn't be until a friend of mine introduced me to Kamen Rider Kabuto about 4 years ago that I would become aware of the actual concept of Tokusatsu and, while I never finished Kabuto he would also recommend Kamen Rider Kuuga which is the series that got me hooked on the genre again.

Thanks you all for the warm reception for my fellow refugees and I look forward to getting involved in whatever shenanigans might come up here.

Also, by chance is anyone here familiar with an American show called "Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog"? I remember watching, and loving the show as a kid and by luck I found a copy of the only VHS they released a few years back in a thrift store.

I currently live in Tokyo (been here for about 9 years) and got to produce, direct, and star in my own Tokusatsu film called Gun Caliber. In order to do so, I started up a small Tokusatsu film group and named it "Garage Hero".

I've worked a bit in the industry as well. Got to play the role of Kamen Rider Kick Hopper for a Kabuto stage, work as the action director for the Tokusatsu film, Gaion Sigma.
