Nope.
Sixth ranger is to break status quo and keep things interesting.
Kind of a dumb thing to rush into a series, despite fans expecting it.

Plus it would completely mess up the release schedule for the merchandise.

Mike (Mega Pink) because she makes me feel some kind of way

Nossan (Kyoryu Blue) and Ryuji (Blue Buster) just for the old man jokes they would tell (still think they should have their own mini series)

Akira (ToQ-6) just because

Luka (Gokai Yellow) for the same reason as Miku

I think if it is rushed, it will distract from the story. Utchy's early appearance worked with what they were doing for the overall season, but if they are brought in just because, then it would be dumb.

Out of all of the ninningers who haven't we get to know more of?

I think yakumo and to a degree takaharu also starninger but he hasn't appeared yet so he's not counted.

Why wasn't Gekiranger as well received in Japan? I know Japanese kids aren't as keen on villains are American children are, but I don't think that is really the reason why...

I have noticed that the more minimalistic/plot rather than toy-driven shows are not as well received in Japan. Gekiranger was pretty bare bones on the toy aspect (not as bad as Go-Busters though).

How many ninningers are there going to be since starninger is appearing early, does this mean there might be more than six?

I think there could be. I wouldn't mind seven Ninningers, but the seventh won't debut until the fourth quarter (when the catalogue comes out)

I think that those two facts would contradict each other. They would no longer be tech-based if they were powered by magic.

Well I'm for sure not going to watch this show. ToQger was more enjoyable, this show is just, not working. The toys have neat ideas, but are executed crap, and show just is boring.

Agreed on that. It's only been 10 episodes and everything could change from here on.

Which type of henshin device do you guys prefer out of the ones listed below?
1. bracelets
2. mobile phones
3. weapons
4. misc.(denji ring, doron changer, SP license falls in this category)
5. devices? we don't need no stinking devices!

Myself, I just cannot help but prefer bracelet type devices.
I do like other types of devices as well, but maybe it is because the sentai I saw during my childhood mostly had something on their wrist.
To me the bracelet type device is almost like how Kamen Riders have belts as their primary method of transformation.
But that's just me. What about you guys?

I'm a bracelet kinda guy myself. But I would like to see some weapons or misc. But just to break the cycle, why not go without a device, since every season for the past 15 years has had one.

I think the first sentai had a weapon like henshin device was gingaman with kurokishi.

Well, kind of. The Hurricangers could fire shuriken from their morpher (Being fair and not counting individual and sixth rangers with different morphers, like Gekichopper or Beet and Stag Buster).

That's right, I looked it up after he mentioned it. And I tend to forget about the 6th rangers. I don't know why, but I do. But for the actual primary Ranger/Sentai, Kyoryuger is the first to actually use weapons to Henshin? Not shoot something from them, but to actually Henshin.

I like the cell phones, but I want the ones we can buy to do a little more (yeah, even the Gokai Cellular which did a lot). I want them to be able to take pics on the camera lol

Why would Hurricaneger count? That is how they shot shurikens (a widely recognize and common ninja weapon). It was a henshin device that they spun to change and flicked the top to shoot shurikens. Seems like a pure definition of a henshin device/weapon to me.
