For Build Kangaroo, Special, Premium, Ichigo, Kuuga, Agito, Ryuki, Faiz, Blade, Hibiki, Kabuto, Den-O, Kiva, Decade, Double, OOO, Showa Rider, Heisei Rider, Kyouryuu +F1, Kappumen + Energy Drink, Keisatsukan. Suffice to say, that's a lot and we may well have the same here.

As for Agito, they got Takanori Kikuchi back for Gorider, so maybe they should try to get him again. Then they could lampshade the hell out of it, and use the .5 episode to explain it to the kids.

You're basing this patern from exactly one other rider. It's not secondaries, it's one secondary. And, to second what others have said, it's most likely in the driver on the off chance they decide to make her a rider, because, unlike, Ex-Aid, they can't just release her own collectible and expect it to work.

Who exactly is 'they'? If you mean the fans, that has precisely zero bearing on what toei will do, considering fan discussions usually don't relate at all to whatever the series is actually like. See, for example, Doctor Who, where, if rumours always turned out to be true, we'd have had a female doctor back in 1981.

We could also just not get an Another Agito. Both Ex-Aid and Build had less than 20 unique monster suits, and although Ghost had more than that it was because the early Ganma weren't even full suits, often just new coats - only some of them even having unique heads.

Zi-O will have tons of Rider suits due to the ridearmor system, so it's possible it will hurt the number of monsters again. I could see them moving away from the Another Rider system after December (coinciding with the debut of the Decade form which is considered an upgrade and Heisei Generations Forever) or starting to repeat some (like an Another Build Hazard that's just a color swap of Another Build).

Edit: On the other hand, I guess at this point we don't know what transformations the Time Jackers themselves are getting. If they just become more Another Riders rather than actual Riders or Chaser/Nightrogue/Bloodstalk types I guess it's possible they'd be able to cover everything.

Re not getting Another Riders for everything: I hope not but I wouldn't be surprised. I now kind of want to tally the monsters and see which series had the most. Based on what we know so far we have 16 Zi-O forms, 6 Geiz forms and one Oma Zi-O form. And given that only one of those is a proper upgrade (as in super form, final form, etc), they'll probably be more even if we don't have another Rider.

I'm pretty sure "Another Agito" came up in their behind the scene discussions since they got Another Agito's designer to design the Another Riders. I still think it's very likely we won't even get all 19 Another Riders based on the past main Heisei Riders though, due to the low number of monster suits in series with many Rider/form suits, so they might not have bothered coming up with a solution because it won't be an issue at all.

It seems like they're fighting trash yummies which makes sense since footage with Another OOO leaked recently too, so it's all likely part of the same episode.

This is actually pretty good news, in my book, because it shows that, even if the main actor is too busy/expensive/against coming back, Toei still wants to do cameos! So there's hope for stuff like Den-O yet!

A highschool was a very important plot point for Faiz's backstory. Actually, considering how we're getting mixed series like this now, I guess Den-O (well, the Imagins) will appear alongside Decade at the end of December since they've even been mentioned together in interviews, referencing their appearance as a big event. Now, this makes more sense since both could be together in a single event.

I don't know why, but for some reason, I'm getting a "four parter" feeling from that notion. The one with Fourze and Faiz sharing the same highschool setting.

Like, one arc could focus on Faiz with a bit of Fourze. And the other would be switched.

Though that may be because I personally feel like an hour long arc wouldn't be enough time for both shows.

EDIT: Scratch everything I just said. Though I do hope the two-episode "fourze and faiz arc" manage to use both shows seamlessly.

Judging by the toy catalog: OOO in October, Gaim in November, Decade in December though that leaves gaps. Toucon Boost, Drago Knight Hunter Z, and Rabbit Tank Sparkling were all in December so that backs up Decade being his first proper upgrade too.

They'll probably use Kouta if they can get Gaku Sano but if not any of the Riders would work.

This series debut list suggests we're getting Fourze in the beginning of October - so likely in the 2nd part of the Fourze/Faiz story, while Faiz Armor will debut in the first one. Then we have Ghost and more Ex-Aid/Genm for the rest of the month alongside with Zi-O Ghost. It's oddly empty, which might mean they could also feature some early Heisei series alongside them. That's just an armor list, but if we get a Rider Watch for an early Heisei series that's just used for a finisher, they wouldn't need to be there.

For November, we have the OOO, Gaim and Wizard armors, which points to at least one other mixed story too. Then we get to December, where oddly there are just two armors, which could point to W and Decade getting completely standalone stories, or there could be more early Heisei series with both if they attempt to "close" all series in the first quarter to end this initial arc.

I doubt any of the main Riders will fail to get a form appearance, they all have designs made, seen in the scans. Hopefully none of them will just be brief cameos in specials, though. It is strange how few forms are coming in the first quarter considering Build had 10 by the first episode of December as well as Cross-Z, Blood Stalk, and Night Rogue.

All the Rider Watch toys are coming in the first quarter though. The other Riders might get forms in other ways, like combining with the Decade Watch (For example, there's a scan which shows Zi-O Decade Armor Build Sparkling) or in whatever way they're going to handle the past final forms.

The other armor designs could be just for Ganbarizing, like what happened with several of Build's forms. Regarding the number of forms, Zi-O and Geiz will have 10 armors in total by December (All Riders from OOO-> Build, Genm, Faiz), in addition to their base forms and 3 armor swaps (which are the same toy, but different physical props) and then Zi-O gets two more armors (W and Decade) for December. That's about the same as Build.

All the Best Matches had designs for Build in the catalogue too yet not only did some forms not appear in the show, a ScorpionGold set outright got cancelled

This isn't quite correct. For the Hokuto/Seito Best Matches in the second quarter, only the ones planned to have physical appearances in the 7 Best Match specials had designs shown in the catalog, the rest had no illustration accompanying them. It's just SaiDryer and HachiMarine in the third quarter that had forms shown that didn't appear physically anywhere.

Of the 31 best matches (counting GoldScorpion) we got 18 physical suits, 8 Ganbarizing forms and 5 in a weird limbo we're we've seen the design but it never turned up. I'm not sure what precedent that sets but those 8(?) missing Riders could just be Ganbarizing or something.Or they could be physical suits but turn up in weird places, like a HBV.

That's just considering all the options though - we could well get a full physical armour suit for every main Heisei Rider, which I'd prefer.

I don't think we've ever had designs in catalog scans that only ever turn up in Ganbarizing, and I don't think we've ever had HBV/special/movie forms in scans that weren't called out as such.
Though remembering the Ryuki Ridewatch comes out in five days, it is really strange. It would suck if most of Heisei Phase 1 got utterly shafted just because they can't fit them in their form debut schedule. Hopefully they can show up in Q2 in spite of the toys' release schedules.

Still disappointed they didn't tease the RD form suit for the finale to make people go see the movie in theatre instead of a lame cgi suit. Too bad incorporating next rider in movie and ending will get retcon except for rare instances like gokaigrr.

Interesting thing I just noticed, by December the RideWatch distribution (assuming Geiz keeps the watches Zi-O gives him and vice versa) appears to be pretty even:
Zi-O: Fourze, Ghost, OOO, Gaim, Double, Decade = 6
Geiz: Build, Ex-Aid, Drive, Faiz, Genm, Wizard = 6

Nah that's Zi-O's Upgrade form, atleast from the scans it looks to be that Decade makes him a smartwatch.

No wonder that Decade motif power-up looked so square. I thought it was a reference to Ganbarider until you brought it up. :lolol

I think one of Time Jacker will become new Rider. Maybe Schwartz? If he become Rider, maybe his Rider name is Kamen Rider Schwartz.

I'd guess the Time Jackers either will all become Another Riders themselves or all become Riders early next year through a new belt, like the Genesis Driver Riders in Gaim or the Sclash Driver Riders in Build.
