I suppose it helps that there's not many suits to get through with ZI-O? The ZI-O armors and Woz Futureings were sidelined after two releases which leaves ZI-O's upgrade forms, Geiz, and Woz's as well. The latter two having packed into single releases. I'm still crossing my fingers in Tsukuyomi since that suit is genuinely beautiful and Tsukuyomi is probably one of my favorite female riders (In Heisei. Reiwa would be Sabela and Sophia Calibur)

It can happen probably. Maybe once they release Mugen. A small hope inside me wishes for Kanon Specter to get one, too, but she's a bit obscure atm.

Have you tried epoxy and then shaving down the excess? Or 3d printing additional hand guards?

Super disappointing they went with this route. I think it would've costed, like only 1000 more yen per figure just to ensure all the hands had moulded on hand guards.

I'd really rather not see Seihou Ghost, honestly? Ask me a year ago and I would have been for it, but recently the Seihou line specifically has been suspect to failure after failure between the Black and Tiga lines; not to mention the OOO elbows that now seem to curse other figures. I'd frankly worry that they'd, like, try some new transparent plastic technique to capture Ghost's undersuit that would end up really fragile and break out of the box half the time.

With mainline SHF I feel way way safer

Honestly, because of the respective suit designs, I can't even tell the difference between SS and mainline SHF anymore.

Aside from obvious flaws like the gimmick items and Saber's grey sword, mainline SHF has seriously gotten good at replicating the on-screen suit, yeah. I think it'll be especially fascinating when we eventually get SHF Shin Kamen Rider and compare him to Seihou #1 to see just how far the mainline's engineering has come
