Managed to finish Bioman as of last night and it is a pretty good show. I can see why many people like this particular season of Super Sentai. I'm now trying to figure out where Bioman would be in my Sentai rankings list. The next series in the franchise I'm planning to watch next is probably Denziman.

I am also up to episode 35 of my Magiranger re-watch and up to episode 22 of Denziman. It did took a little bit but the latter series is effectively growing on me.

Turbo Ranger (Episode 02)

I'm just about finished with the 36th episode of Denziman. It's yet another fun episode for this series. Can't believe I'm already two-thirds through it and I might even be finished with Denziman very soon. I am also very close in finishing on my Magiranger re-watch with only 9 episodes remaining. Planning to watch Flashman next and then Battle Fever J, at least among the seasons of Super Sentai that I have yet to watch so far besides Zenkaiger and Donbrothers.

Denziman is the GOAT of pre-Hirohisa Soda Sentai seasons. And considering it came after Battle Fever J, that's an impressively high bar.

The only pre-Soda seasons I've watched so far are Denjiman and Sun Vulcan and yeah I agree, Denjiman is pretty great and it was the first season to look at the Henkei mecha Leopardon and go, "hey, maybe we should do that as well".

Starting Jet Man today and may resume 5 Man as well.

I should be done with 5 Man in May and also Jet Man.

I'd argue Daidenjin is somewhat cooler than Leopardon, but then Sun Vulcan Robo pretty much stomps both of them into the ground.

Also I really wish they'd return to using Rings for the Morphers; it's such a simple design that's also inconspicuous, without the need for massive Bracers or Weaponry.

For something different, I ended up watching the Super Hero Taisen Net Movies. They are very fun and entertaining to watch and I especially got a real kick out of the Rider and Sentai murder mysteries.

I re slotted 5 Man - Kaku at the end of my green disk book in case Shout brings
over Turbo and a few other Pre Zyus. July could still bring us Turbo Ranger.

I watched the Ranger / Rider / Sheriff 3 way. That movie was nuts but I liked
it. There's another one of them out but I have yet to see it.

Also hope to finish Time Ranger in a few days.

Oh yeah! Personally, I liked them even more than the original Super Hero Taisen Movie.

There's also the Yongo Net Movie. It's pretty dark, but well-written and really makes you care about the characters.

Thanks to Shout Factory TV I'm able to finish Time Ranger.

Time Ranger was a good series. Time Fire was more open minded and willing to
work with Yuri's Rangers than Eric was and Time Fire worked with the team
a lot more. Eric spent most of his time being a lone wolf for most of Time
Force.

I liked Time Ranger over all.

It also has one of the best openings in the franchise. And that means a lot.

I am now officially down to the final four episodes of Denziman that made up its endgame. After today, it's another Sentai season I can officially cross off on my watchlist. Five Showa era Sentai seasons down, seven to go.

Mighty Morphin - Dino Fury

Watching the final episodes this week before Cobra Kai starts up. If Cobra Kai and
Cosmic Fury both start up together will hold Netflix for 2023.

Personally, my favorite of the team is Tatsuya, but I think Daigorou and Akira are pretty good as well.

IC's story is even more tragic if you look behind the scenes. The actor sadly died during the filming of Episode 36, so they had to be replaced. :( I like to imagine those annual soccer games are in tribute to both IC and his original actor.

Incidentally, Tatsuya is my second favorite ranger of the series.

Yeah, I’ve heard about that when I was looking for information about the show. :(

Anyway, Denziman is a very good series for what it is and I'm currently trying to decide where the series would be in my (eventual) updated version of my Sentai rankings list. Same with Kiramager, Fiveman, Maskman, and Bioman.

Making a slight detour from watching Kamen Rider Fourze, on which I am enjoying so far, to re-watch a few more episodes of Magiranger. I should be done with the revisiting of that particular Sentai series over the weekend since I'm now down to its final five episodes. I am considering re-watching Gekiranger sometime after this. Also planning to re-watch Shinkenger somewhere down the line and, if I have time, do the same with Goseiger and Gokaiger as well.

I got a new DVD player yesterday. Nice timing having gotten the Pre Zyus and Deka.

I'm currently watching Gokaiger for the first time, gave it a go and I'm having lots of fun, it's very enjoyable, even for someone like me who has never seen a single show they are referencing.

The characters are great and the action is excellent. Lots of cool fight choreography and stunt work.

I don't think I've ever appreciated Gokaiger quite as much as a lot of people do, but I'm still really happy to see someone who hadn't gotten around to it realize what a good time it is. Considering Gokaiger was my first ever Super Sentai series, I can definitely vouch for it not mattering that much if you don't know the old shows, too! Just one of many reasons it's such a beloved classic in its own right.

Interesting that you guys are talking about Gokaiger, as I rewatched Gobusters VS Gokaiger earlier today, while finishing my Gobusters rewatch. Still my favorite Sentai VS movie! The scenes with the reset Buddyroids are always so emotional.
