I haven't got quite to this point yet, but man this game is damn dark for a Pokémon game. There is that ghost, the dying old man and then the backstory where a guys frickin' Pokémon dies in a frickin war DIES. And what does he do? He creates a fucking genocide cannon.

I liked the story. Made the game have more of a sense of impact.

I liked his design. It was a nice break from the anime pretty girls the rest of the game consists of.
