Yep, and I think it's an utterly ridiculous rumour (which should be obvious since its coming out of the Sun). Do people really think they're going to just throw in an extra regeneration and call it canon?
A more plausible theory I've heard is that he's playing an amalgamation of the three "modern" Doctors, which is why he is apparently wearing Eccleston's coat. Not really sure whether I buy that either, but it sounds more likely that what the Sun is reporting. |
