ok so i'm new here and just thought i'd introduce myself a little bit lol. I was a huge Power Rangers fan as a kid and i outgrew it by the time i was 8 years old and moved on to Anime lol. But in the last year or so since i turned 20 i got back into Power Rangers and discovered Sentai.

Hello there, new British member here!
Thought I'd take the time to introduce myself! Was a fan of Power Rangers since season 1 (Quit during Turbo, came back for Lost Galaxy, been on/off since), made the step to sentai via Zyuranger in 2013, which was a gateway into tokusatsu, leading me also to Kamen Rider and my personal favourite, Garo. Been reading these forums for a while and finally took the plunge & registered! |

hi, i'm a "new member" here but i think i had an account here few years back. I Usually, reads stuffs from the web but rarely interact the last forum i was in was asiafinest back in 2002-2005. I'm from SG, now in Manila learning things. I'll be moving to either japan or taiwan for training in a few months. ive always love sentai, kamen rider and toku. Some of my old sentai favs are Fiveman, Jetman, Turborangers, Jetman, Bioman and JAKQ. I am a fan of the space sheriff series and the Chou Sei Shin series. If chinese toku and sentai also counts .. i also like them...

Welcome to the forums, kk1010! It's cool to see a Chinese toku fan here, there aren't very many of those.

Hello there. Im Chris, aka BlueBuster, (ill explain that later). Um, i'm from Lima, Peru. You know, that mid size country next to Brazil in South America, not a big deal. (just kidding, i know all of you know that).
The reason why i joined to this forum was because of my interest on Super Sentai and Tokusatsu in general. In fact i loved them when i was a kid, unlike most of you guys i was exposed to Super Sentai series first as they aired in my country dubbed in spanish (Choushinsei Flashman, Choujuu Sentai Liveman) in the early 90s, so when Power Rangers aired years later i was well aware of what those colored-suits heroes were. But i was also fooled, initially i thought that some guy in the States did an adaptation and by extension the story was new, but due the soft and childish nature of the original Power Rangers those series didn't caught my attention and to this day i dont like them, i preferred more to stick to the memories of the series i watched as a young kid with mature themes, anyway. i grew up and of course i knew what it was all about. The reason why i picked this nickname is because i feel a very close bond to the character of Blue Buster, when the series first aired i felt an instantaneous link, we're like two drops of water due the similarity, much like Ryuji im about his age, and i had to deal with young people in my job as the elder of the group, and even both show our anger in a similar fashion. Anyway i hope not to have over extended with this introduction, if you have any questions feel free to ask. Oops i forgot... Busters, ready go!. |
Welcome to the forum hope you enjoy your time here.

Greetings my fellow Tokunation friends :)
My name's MaxPower, I'm from Indonesia but currently resides in Japan. A big fan of tokusatsu since the days of Kamen Rider BLACK (really, it's the grandfather of all toku shows in my country) and also into anime as well, currently into the Gundam fanbase. Loves to write fiction stories on tokusatsu and from my days as a guest here, this site has lots of great stories^_^ Nice to meet you all and I hope I could learn a thing or two from you guys :D |

Heloooooo Zawame City!
I'm Heli. I'm a long-time toy collector and fairly recent Kamen Rider fan. I've been watching through the Heisei stuff (Showa just didn't click for me) and trying to keep up with the current series at the same time. W was my introduction and is still my favorite, and I've managed to get my entire family interested in Kamen Rider (wife and two daughters), thus living up to my responsibilities as a geek parent. As a toy nerd, I'm trying to restrain myself, but I've already accumulated several Figuarts and gimmick toys, as well as a couple of belts. My wallet cries every time I start a new series. |
Welcome to the Nation. Hope youre gonna have a good time here :D

Hello and welcome to the madness!

Ummm...hello everyone. I'm Julia, but I'm commonly known on the internet as Firechick or Juliko. I'm a fan of anime/manga, I love drawing and writing fan fics, listening to classical music, and other stuff. I've actually never seen some Toku shows, but I'm thinking about watching Kamen Rider Ryuki, though I'm still not sure. I thought it'd be nice to branch out to other fandoms, because I'm still trying to recover from some bad experiences at other sites.
It's nice to meet you all. I hope I won't be of any trouble to you in any way. |

Ryuki's a great show, I can attest to that. I'd also recommend Gaim if you enjoy Ryuki. |
Welcome Juliko. I was also quite new to Toku, have started about a year ago, but I'm really happy with the fandom and people I met through it, don't think you'll have any issues around here :)
You do get minus points for not ending all your sentences with "~pafu" though ;) |
Pafu!

Welcome Juliko! Welcome to the madness that is Tokunation!
