Nope. It's a very Mother/Earthbound style where the battles are first person.

Plus, they follow you around in exploration parts, that's cool.

Why are all the Digimon movies so damn short? :( Can hardly call them movies at all.

Especially that Savers one... it was not even a full episode in length and just... Well, bad. I really liked Savers, but that horrible nonexistent plot was so bad I couldn't enjoy seeing those characters I like again.

That was actually why Saban had to fuse 3 of them together for their feature length movie.

If we're talking games, I'm still mad Bandai never brought Digimon World: RE Digitize Decode over to the west. Instead we got this crappy arcade-brawler (which is nowhere near as fun as the old Smash-clones, and even those were a little crappy) and the usual statement: If fans from the west want more Digimon-games, buy this!

All i know for sure is that the reason for Revenge of Diaboromon being so short was because it was part of a double feature with a One piece film.

It's a shame, too. I'd love to get more Digimon World games that don't piss me off...

Is wrong band should localised digimon adventure PSP as there test game. Cause I know I think that would of sold. Heck even if it wS ds port or a 3ds port for west side. It would sell.

I thought it was funny. Honestly, the style isn't necessarily bad, but Sora and Kari have the same exact face! (Actually everyone does, but at least their expressions are different) Seeing this kind of a shortcut in the teaser image doesn't fill me with much confidence. That and yeah, if Digimon wasn't written there, I would have never know it was Digimon.

They look so awkward with their old faces applied :lol

I seriously laughed out loud when I realized Izzys face is exactly the same as Soras. Exactly the same. In fact I'm still laughing as I'm typing this :D

Dear lord. I guess I'll like this a tone more once I see it in movement and we see some Digimon-action, but these faces are just hilariously bad on the posters.

Seriously, why does Sora not have a unique face? First hers is identical to Kari's, now it's identical to Izzy's...

Anyway, seeing the actual Digimon is nice.

Ehhhh... Izzy's brows are thicker. So they're not entirely identical. I'd say it's a fault in the artist's style for the utter and complete lack of any true unique facial features. I'm not a fan.

But hey, at least they remembered the most important part this time! Ya know, the freaking Digimon!

Funny that you mention that since Summer Wars was directed by Mamoru Hosoda the same one that directed Bokura no War Game and The Girl who Leapt Through Time.

With all three movies having that distinct style of animation that I dont think looks anything like what they are doing with Tri.

Just let there still be action in the season, and not just high school drama. Love the kids, but if I want an extreme focus on JUST the kids I read Fanfiction, where the "writers" forget about the monsters the series named after.
