JoeJai, Nippon-Yasan is a great place to pre-order exclusive figures and AmiAmi for general releases.

I pre ordered from Nippon-Yasan before except their shipping cost is a lot

BigBadToyStore also has exclusives and pre-orders but the prices tend to be higher than the Japanese sites and they get things understandably later than Asia.

Which Ultra Act(s) do you want to see release?
For me I want to see Ultra Act Cosmos, Justice and Legend :) It be nice displaying Cosmos on the right, Justice on the left and Legend in the middle.

I'm not that much of a Cosmos fan but he is way overdue for an Ultra-Act. We've had seven versions of Ultraman Zero so it's time for Ultraman Cosmos. I really want to see more Kaiju, Seijin etc. Bad guys for these heroes to face off against. Mephilas, Dada, Babalou, Baltan 1 and Zetton for starters.

I am not much of a fan of Cosmos either, but I am HUGE fan to Justice and if i were to get Justice i had to get Cosmos. Xd And as for kaiju i really wanna see Black King, Nackle Seijin, the 4 Heavenly Kings, Emperor Sejin, Gantanzoa, 3 dark ultras from Final Odyssey and the 3 Chaosroid Ultras.

I can picture an Ultra-Act Anniversary deluxe set of the 4 Heavenly Kings. Tamashii Web Exclusive. A fully articulated Glozam may be tricky to make.

Finally got around to opening Ultimate Zero renewal today.

Regarding the armor, the centerpiece is attached to the body by a ball joint, the shoulder armor by hinge joints & the spear pieces on the back of the shoulder armor peg in (they can be removed, but peg back in tightly). You can also swap the lance on his right arm with the bracelet on his left.

Handling him, he's basically Top-Heavy Zero, which one can expect. The hands on the normal Zero renewal are really hard to get on and off & the Tamashii stage cover that removes from his back falls out easily; neither of those problems exist on Ultimate renewal, though.

He comes with a fun "bow & arrow" weapon/effect part that is to be used with Zero. Since the armor on Ultimate are their own pieces, the bow piece is its own single piece of plastic. You will have to use one of the left hands from normal Zero renewal to hold the bow piece (naturally Ultimate renewal doesn't come with it). I don't have the normal Zero box handy so I didn't try it out here. I imagine you can always have the armored up Ultimate Zero wield the weapon by borrowing one of normal Zero's appropriate left hands. It will be a tight fit though as you try to maneuver your fingers holding the hand into the narrow space where the grip for the hand is. The right-hand comes molded into the effect piece of it, and both ends peg nicely into the bow piece.

(I currently have normal Zero wielding his Zero Sluggers, and those hands aren't the best fit for the bow, and I didn't want to try forcing it.)

He's not as jam-packed with stuff as the Strong Corona/Luna Miracle two-pack is (still my favorite Ultra release of the year), but it manages well enough and is more interesting in my eyes than Astra or other Ultras with a minimal amount of accessories.

Got the Ultra-Act Ultraman Tiga renewal from my local comic shop! Fantastic release, but has some loose joints.

Ok. Apparently Tamashii Nations wants ALL of our money next year! I saw pics on Facebook (Toys Lover Thailand) of Ultra-Act Yullian, Hunter Knight Tsurugi and Burning Brave mode for Mebius. Not to mention a ton of SH Figurarts (Metalder!!!!)

They rolled out all of the Tiga variations again, but this time in renewal form and with a bonus stone statue version!

I bet renewal Sky and Power Type are going to be in another exclusive two-pack. Visually, Tiga Tornado is probably my favorite Tiga color variation so I would love to see that get a release, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Blast is a super-boring variant, so if they get a release, I'd expect Dark and Tornado, with an extra head or making you use Tornado's to replicate Blast. Maybe, maybe we get Glitter this time.

Of the other reveals, I love the extra attention Mebius is getting. Maybe this time we don't wait another three years to see Tsurugi, and he actually comes out to boot! Yulian also makes me excited to see the Showa Ultras completed at long last.

Can someone explain manga Ultraman to me a bit (like, is it literally just how he looks in the manga?), because that design is cool as hell and I kinda want it.

It's from the modern Manga yes. It's actually written as a sequel to the original Ultraman TV series long after Ultraman defeated all the kajiu and left Earth. In it the son of Shin Hayata, Shinjiro, was born with special Ultra related powers (super strength, agility, etc called Ultraman Factor) apparently related to his father having once been a host to Ultraman. So his father got together with someone I'm blanking on and created an Ultraman suit for Shinjiro to defend Earth with. Obviously monsters have returned to Earth.

Tsurugi looks great. I hope we actually see most of these released without having to wait three years (or longer, as I take a look at Powered pics) for some.

I saw this just now and thought you guys would enjoy it. I'm in for this guy.. he'll be my first Ultraman figure (well since I was a kid).

Not in Ultra-Act. It's basically vinyls or nothing.

I don't know why but Manga Ultraman looks like Iron Man in my opinion. He looks cool though. It looks like Power and Great are still nowhere to be seen on display. I still wonder if they will ever get made? Same with Ultraman USA.

I saw the Tiga(s) !!! Glitter got Renewal and so does the rest!!! So Hype for it ! But i don't know if i am going to get the renewal Dark, Sky and Power.. What's u guy's opinion in it?

My opinion is to keep all expectations in check until the things actually go up for preorder. We've already done this exact dance once before, and with the current conservative take on the Ultra-Act line, I don't expect to see all of them released any time soon.

Belated, but I finally popped open Mebius renewal. He's decent; I'm actually more excited now for Mebius Burning since I like the look of that suit a bit more.

The neck on mine is a little loose, which only stands out because the necks on most of my other Ultras are stiff as hell, so it's weird to grab Mebius by the head and have him flop around a little compared to others. The removable chest pieces also feel like they peg in a bit looser than what I prefer, though holding him parallel to the ground or shaking him, they don't fall out.

The brace you remove to peg in the Mebius Blade, in comparison, was really tightly pegged in to his forearm.

Now I can look forward to the Dark two-pack and King arriving in early December once they ship with my other NY orders.

I got Ultraman Ginga in the mail and I do think that he is fantastic. He has a fantastic mold and amazing articulation. He's my favorite UA figure in my collection so far. Right now I have four UA figures:

Taro
Zero
Glenfire
Ginga

Been circling Ultra-Acts since I first started getting into Ultraman earlier this year and think I'm about ready to pick one up (either Leo, Mebius, Max or Zero - still not sure), but am disappointed by the lack of available Kaiju. I mean, aside from the handful of past releases that now fall in the $$$ range on the aftermarket. So, I was wonder if anyone here has the new light up Ex Red King and if so, can you tell me how well it scales with Ultra-Acts?

Cstoys, a Japaneses ETailer has an unboxing and review of the light up EX Red King. It looks too small for Ultra-Acts in my opinion. Ultra-Act Red King isn't super expensive, relatively speaking.
