I really do like how these are mostly animal themes that either have none or straight up very little rep in Rider, it makes the animal theme feel very fresh!

I didn't want to mention him at the time because he was not so recent. The other ones were in the last 5 years.

Overall I like the designs (for what we can see), even though they don't feel so Rider-ish for some of them (that's funny, it sounds like something people were saying when Ex-Aid was revealed).
Like the panda rider and his grotesque Panda head, no one would be like : "oh yeah it's a kamen rider" if you didn't tell them.

But they definitely went the looks "cool" route. Buffa chainsaw sword, Naago headphones, Daipan pose on the poster.

cheetah is not a cat, although it is still part of the feline family and is considered one of the "big cats" alongside lions, tigers, jaguars, leopards, etc.

Not to be that guy (though I actually do) but the Genus Panthera is only Tigers, Lions, Jaguars, Leopards and Snow Leopards.
As they are the biggest and because they can roar.
Cheetahs can only chirp, and they are pretty garbage compared to the actual big cats.

While Cheetah's are a type of cat, I'd say there's a pretty clear cut difference between a cheetah themed rider and one themed after like house cats lol

So:

- Tycoon is a ninja, and Naago is a dancer (Beat?). Dapan uses the same Magnum Buckle as Geats? Or is it like an item drop they both get? Does Dapan retire and give it to Geats?

- Geats doesn't get a sword until his first upgrade, and he and Tycoon share the upgrade, weapon, and Fever slot.

too bad panda doesn't have his own buckle. I thought maybe he would have something RPG-ish for the lulz because WoW has a panda race.

But yeah the supiscion of him not being here for long seems plausible if his main buckle is magnum too.

I wonder if the panda ends up becoming a mentor for Geats.

Just wonder which of the seven will die & retire from the battle as new riders start rising up to take over?

Feeling very apprehensive about this season. Reiwa KR doesn't tend to do that good at balancing huge casts of Riders, and seven from the start is a new record for amount of guys. I loved Zero-One though, I know Takahashi's a good writer, and if the Desire Grand Prix is inspired by by video game battle royals, I'm hoping it means it'll be treated a little less seriously than previous battle to the death Rider vs Rider seasons, that it'll be more like a sport instead

To be honest I feel very doubtful about the rumors.

• For starters, why aren't any of the other riders' lower half buckles mentioned?
• If Tycoon is the secondary, why is their ID Core strictly a Christmas campaign item? Wouldn't Toei want to make the key item of the secondary rider more available? Especially since Geats and him share a power up.
• Also Daipan not having an ID Core seems straight up incorrect, we literally see them appear in the trailer along with Geats, Tycoon, and Buffa while the Desire Driver's "Entry" sound effect plays over and over.

Yeah these rumours feel off the mark to me... I'm getting the vibe this is a last minute attempt at getting some temporary clout tbh

While they've done weird campaign items before (The original Proto Mighty Action X being a lottery item, and then the monochrome version being a movie give away item comes to mind.....), doing one for the secondary rider really makes no sense... And especially a Christmas Campaign?? So not only is the secondary rider's main toy only available as a promotion it won't be available until December?! Not buying into that idea at all...

This only makes sense to me if:

1. It's like a special recolour and the normal version will be in a normal set... But in that case I'd expect one for Geats rather than Tycoon...

2.Tycoon actually isn't the secondary, and is actually some rando who will die off early on tbh (as presumably the reason Mighty Action X was a raffle item was bc Dan was originally meant to perma-die and basically only ever exist to be a minor villain)

Who dropped these rumors?

If I had to hazard a guess we'll probably get four main Riders as the focus with the other Riders being antagonists or Riders of the week.

Apparently the same person on 5ch who got a whole bunch of other stuff correct.

(And to give an update, around 30 minutes ago, the figure line is officially revealed to be called Revolve Change Series, and they dropped visuals on the 01 Buckle. That definitely gives a bit more weight to this rumor, wouldnt you say?)

The torso looks a little too long for my interest (because they also have to be the legs, ig?) but it's a fun gimmick! The mental image of Geats needing to spin himself instead of the Driver to switch forms is so goofy, i love it.

I wanna hear what people think they're going to repaint for those two since we've already listed FireHedgehog and Gridon's Hammer as casualties for Faucet and Hammer respectively.

Talking to people I'm thinking maybe Brave Level 1's shield and then Revice's Kamakiri Genome's bow.

I mostly say this since I've noticed a pattern of like them repainting props to use for like the Genomixes/Restyles and it's always static props that don't use gimmick items.

It does, which only reinforces my questions:

• Seriously? Geats is the only one that will actually use two of the more advanced buckles? What a waste of the Driver's functionality.
• Why are they making the Secondary's ID Core so hard to get?
• Why does Daipan not even get an ID Core at all?

For the shield, I'm thinking Vice's Barid Shield, since Toei has proven nothing is really off the table anymore when it comes to repaints and well... it's not like Barid Rex is ever coming back at this point.

For the Arrow my guess would've been Zamonas' bowgun.

Surprisingly this wouldn't be Toei's first foray with this idea as the LupinX megazord in LuPat literally does this mid-fight to switch between its two modes.

Knowing the Magnum Shooter 40X can be stored on one of the Raise Buckle Holders, I gotta wonder if it can fit on the Desire Driver.

Combined with the info we're already aware of earlier, i think(?????) that's everything for Q1?
(Things to note: I forgot to post it yesterday, but Tycoon and Daipan's ID cores don't come with their signature buckles. (Ninja and Magnum). As to why...Daipan seems to be out of the game pretty early to make way for Punk Jack, but I can't imagine why they're doing Tycoon like they are. There's a typo on that Ninja Dualer description, it resembles the R/B Slugger, from Ultraman R/B ofc. )

It does make me wonder if there's something coming for Tycoon like later on that makes it to where his ID Core isn't a priority. Like a new Driver or ID Core or something.

Since it's clear he gets priority for upgrade related stuff thus leading us to assume he's the secondary.

With what it does now revealed, I think the Fever Slot may clear up why everyone only has 1 signature buckle? While Geats has two (I'd wager in the story, he starts off with Boost and somehow obtains Magnum from Daipan), everyone else can make up the gap by using that powerup? Its apparently compatible with everyone, after all.

Interesting, so this now soft confirms that the Sheep and Penguin themed riders either won't show up till after Q1 or are minor/one-off riders like Gridon or Kurokage in Gaim.

After seeing the Promo:

-I love the belt voice. It's a got this neat announcer/game master voice, that's perfect for the motif, and, while no disrespect to them, I'm rather glad the voice doesn't sound like the other Reiwa Riders. Since I feel like since Zi-O, aside from some of them having unique voice-lines, they pretty much sound alike (i.e. "Kamen Rider Zi-O! Tobiaga Rise! Rising Hopper! Brave Dragon! Revi, Vice, Revice!" at least they kind of have that style of voice for those lines to me).

-I see lots of people pointing out returning weapons, which I am all for! It's nice to have unique weapons for each of the Riders that doesn't have to be part of the toyline. Much like Sentai, I like that everyone gets a unique weapon, also reminds me of Ryuki (funny coincidence).

-Ukyo "Ace" sounds like a Tendou Souji, which I'm honestly excited for. It's nice to see a "different" type of protagonist, especially for Reiwa.

Goes without saying, but I'm looking forward to Geats.

Another note, I already want his Sofubi, or potential Figuarts if I have the money on me. Just something of this guy.

So if I'm understanding right, Geats is the only one with two Buckles?

It could just be that the other Riders are how the Armed Buckles debut
