Like I get why people are like "That's it?" but it's really annoying when some of us understand why this is as it is and how despite constantly hounding them to try and get P-Bandai Rider stuff this is the first chance they're getting at a widespread offering but are seen as like...Team Rider or Bluefin shills for defending it.

I criticize both when things are done half-assed. Some contests? Half-assed. Some streamed content? Half-assed. This? It's no different from when they offered the Shodo Kuuga set. It's random, out of nowhere, but it's what they were given to gauge interest. Did Bluefin's tweet sound rather blunt? Extremely.

Luckily I don't look to their tweets for KR content. And they're also not wrong. It's something marketed at a specific corner of the KR fanbase here and being offered in limited numbers. If it sells well enough, then we could get the go-ahead for broader offerings.

You don't have to like it, you don't have to buy it, etc, etc, etc. But with how things are with this franchise, spitting the offer back in their face can very well end up being all that's needed for them to go "Welp, guess it's not worth the investment!" and that's that.

It's sucks, but it's how it is.

You sound like shills cause you're putting more effort to do damage control than the people literally payed to deal with Bandai and inform consumers on this stuff.

If they had just said something like, "We understand it might not be what people were expecting but it was out of our hands. My question is why would they need to specify that when they already have through the Team Rider side of things multiple times when it comes to literally everything they bring over?

Like at this point if you're following either of those accounts you'd see that mentioned more than once whenever someone asks about specific releases and things brought to the west. They say time and time again that stuff needs approval to be sold or brought stateside. They can't control what does or doesn't get the go-ahead. It's why you get weird stuff like the Shodo Kuuga set as the "Lets gauge interest" P-Bandai offering for the Shodo audience. Would have made more sense being a standard set, but they get what they get and have to roll with it just like we do.

And again, I'll criticize the shit out of both parties and do for multiple things. They don't give me shit to keep me from doing that or to change my mind and even if they did I'd still be transparent. I just think it's dumb that THIS is the thing people get pissed at when it's probably the most basic, to-the-point thing they've offered in months. Literally no fine-print, catches, etc. Here's a collab figure we're able to offer as P-Bandai, if it sells we could see more offered.

Bluefin definitely deserves the push-back for the wording, I just think it's funny that THEY'RE the reason for all this negativity when the KR-specific PR account that I'm sure a majority learned about this from in the first place's been the one pushing this item more and hasn't said anything close to that blunt.
