Hmm...Hmm...Well, I've always picked the same starter for a remake (Charizard for Red and FireRed, Feraligatr for Gold and HeartGold), so I guess it would make sense to keep with that trend and stick with Blaziken...

After seeing that I am sticking with Mudkip as my starter.

So i saw the official map for the hoenn remakes, it looks like they're adding a bunch of new areas to the region.

Mega Sceptile has to be the most uninspired looking Mega Evolution ever.

I keep thinking those areas covered by clouds near the bottom there have something in them, because recent games have had that kind of thing.

Is the Battle Frontier there? I can't spot it but that means very little.

I doubt that. It's possible the FS will return, but I don't think they'll remove the in game Safari Zone to accommodate it.

Zebstrika would be awesome - might actually be able to make the guy useful. Krookodile's very near the top of my favorites in Gen 5 so I wouldn't be opposed to that. There's really so many to choose from in Gen 5... I really don't get why they ignored them entirely.

When X and Y first came out I figured it was a "still too recent" thing. Diancie has kinda thrown that out of the window though...

The more i see mega Diancie the more i want to use it.
