Even though I didn't know what BotCon was or even what Transformers was, and was 5, I ticked off that BotCon 1999 was in Minnesota and had a BW Scorponok redeco named Sandstorm as an exclusive. And back then, if I'm saw Beast Wars on TV, I think my memories mixed some of the plot to DinoZaurs into the mix with only a clip of Rhinox doing his pre-transformation rhino roar. Then there was the Pepsi promotion for RiD that may or may not have happened.

To be fair, I went, and had no idea they were selling it. Nor did I buy a copy. I would rather wait until August 6th, then waste most of my day waiting in HasbroToyShop's crazy line.

Does anybody know what happened to Turnabout storm? I think this has been the longest wait for a part of that.
