Honestly I think the Injustice designs would suit Figuarts better, personally. The Rider Figuarts with their armour and what have you are nice, bulky figures but a lot of the time the sentai figuarts are almost...feminine in how slender the sculpt is as they have nothing to build on top of it, like they don't with superhero costumes and bodies that slender wouldn't work for superheroes at all, unless they are only making women.

But Super Sentai characters aren't muscular. A lot of DC characters are going to have some muscular build to them so its not really the right comparison to make. A better one would be the bodies of the DBZ Figuarts.

Fair enough. I've never owned the DBZ Figuarts because I heard they were terrible.

I don't like Street Fighter, Marvel vs Capcom is decent, and while I am a Soul Calibur fan, V sucked. Same goes for Dead or Alive. I'll take MK over all of them, especially when MK9 gave us a fully story mode and everything, and no game until Injustice has even achieved the amount of features and stuff MK9 gave us. And until Ca$hcom stops putting on the DLC and milking their franchises, they will never be able to achieve what MK9 did (nor will I touch another Ca$hcom fighter until they learn their lessons). Not to mention MK has Fatalities, which no other game does, and I like finishing moves. Oh yeah, and the combat system is nice and easy to use, combos are fluid and quick, blocking is easy, etc.

I have no idea what you mean by DC Universe Online. Are you saying they took a multiverse story from that came which DC has been doing in their comics since the 60's? You can't exactly steal your own material.

You haven't looked at the N52 costumes in the current comics, have you? They are no different.

The DCU Online game had a comic, a 26 part series that detailed the events of what happened after Luthor's nanites came back in time and gave people powers. It directly follows the opening cinematic of the game.

There are tons of elements from that comic that have been lifted and used for Injustice. Injustice is so far from original it's hilarious, that's why it boggles me that it's been as successful as it has. There are just so many elements taken wholesale from other DC properties and crammed together here. I can't like a game like that. They didn't really come up with anything original so it was disappointing to me.

Yes they do. The new 52 suits may have more armour plating than they need, but the Injustice suits are just "ARMOUR. ARMOUR EVERYWHERE."

If Figuarts(or D-Arts if this is Injustice as rumored) is doing DC, I hope we get a decent Hal or any other GL. Hopefully Bandai is smart enough to know that ANY lantern character needs to come with constructs*death glares at Matty*.

Injustice huh, I'm not crazy about the designs except for Green Arrow and Captain Marvel (I refuse to call him shazam), hopefully we'll also get comicbook versions, I would like to get Flash and Aquaman, and maybe some other guys.

Den-O I may have to challenge you on this one...(KoF 98 perhaps?) Injustice is one of the more balanced fighting games I have played. It has a story, yes..original? no...but if I want a story of Superman taking over I'll read Squadron Supreme...Injustice is a fun game that is easy for novices to pick up and hold their own against vets. It pulls the elements of the DC characters and the only reason for the nanites plot device is to explain how the Joker can take a punch by Superman lol. I've played all from Bushido Blade to World Heroes 2 Jet...Hell I used to run video game tournaments in college (did a Katsucon and the first Magfest as well...) and as a game I like it...and the design will go well with Figuarts, especially ones like Deathstroke and Nightwing and Cyborg.
