Yep. I remember driving my parents nuts every time I saw one in a store. Well that, and being loud as shit when I'd play with them and my other DBZ figures. God..I miss them :(

So I guess Wizard must be one of those figures that are highly unphotogenic then. He looks great in those shots, but a lo of the other galleries I've seen made his proportions look slightly odd.

Do know though, on the BD at least, there is no audio that comes out of the left rear speaker.

It was infamous for not having a US DVD release for the longest time, when many other films got DVD releases during the 50th anniversary in '04.
It's going for ridiculously cheap on Amazon ($5 for DVD, $8 for Blu-Ray), but I guess if you asked that question a year ago, then yeah, it'd be one of the harder films to get.
