Wow. Just wow. I'm a huge fan of Toriyama-san's work and style and things that have been inspired by it, but this? I know his characters tend to look similar, and that he sometimes reuses designs entirely (Dabura – Dragonball, Reonald – Cowa!, Satan – Sandland) but this blond chick is a complete carbon-copy from Dragon Quest V's Bianca. Like even the pose is 100% the same:
