Actually, I figured it out, right now, in my mind.

Know what would've made the American Samurai cockpits pop? If behind them was a colored banner with their kangi, or their animal, on it.

Colored banners like the ones the greeed had would have been really cool, the kanji would have gone against their idea to make it least japanese though.

The stripes in the background could have used some color at least, heck I would have accepted a McDonalds logo to spice things up.

Which is why I'm glad they used the Goseiger cockpit, I just miss the Megasuits.
