(I fell in love with that show after 5 or so episodes and I'm blinded to its flaws for eternity.)


I just started Kokoro Connect. I have a feeling I'm going to like Inaba a whole lot.
Okay, so I got to episode 6 when I was just expecting to watch the pilot.
Everybody needs to watch this show right now.

Okay, so I finished Kokoro Connect and Michi Random. I'm sad that this show was as unpopular as it seems.

Very well...so...episode 2. What is with this girl? First she wants to get into the main character's pants, and not it's just like "whatever as long as he loses his virginity, i don't care by whom" I don't get Mashiro..why is it that she shows no emotion? When she told him to take his clothes off, I was thinking "well...some artists like to draw that" but then she tells him "I'm not going to let you sleep tonight" which raises a question...did they even have sex? OKAY! enough with all the sex...ugh. I feel sorry for the main character...he's stuck in what's essentially an asylum for artsy people...and he has to take care of a famous girl who shows no emotion, nor can she do anything for herself, and he has a troubled past. I don't know if I can keep this up Brainchild...

I'm only fourteen episodes in, but I fucking love Shakugan no Shana. I started watching the first episode and thought, "What the fuck? This is creepy!" but then I kept watching it and I thought, "Where has this show been all my life? I LOVE IT!" Shana herself is quickly becoming one of my favorite female anime characters of all time. I would say more about it, but now I need to go back to watching episode fifteen of Shakugan no Shana!

Edit: Also re-watching the Girl Who Leapt Through Time for the nine billionth time. Love that movie!

Finished up Tamako Market today. Not bad for a show where practically nothing happened.

Well, it figures that the show isn't for everyone. The whole idea behind Mashiro's character was that she's supposed to be completely innocent and pure in her thoughts despite what one would expect for her age. Essentially a child, for some reason (all signs point to mental disorder). I still do think the show had a weak start and really presented itself as some sort of silly harem anime, but it evens out by the time it gets to developing.

Hm...well...you said that you liked it after 5 episodes...so I'll go until at least that. I'm glad to hear that it gets less Harem-y later.

EDIT: Persona 4: The Animation epsode 13

I liked this episode. Nanako was pretty cute running around in her detective costume while searching for Yu who was busy doing Social links. After the guys told the girls that they saw him with an older woman, I figured that they were going to find him with the old lady of the death arcana. Naoto showed up too, and her moment with Nanako was cool. I've been playing Persona 4 Arena, and between that and this episode...I've come to realize that Naoto is one of my favorite Persona 4 characters.

EDIT 2: GAH! How did I miss the entire second season of AKB0048? ok so...AKB0048 season 2 episode 1.

Ok...there is way more fanservice here than there was in season one...that's kind of disappointing. They seem to be showing more of how the government is so opressive, going so far as to call 13-16 year old girls who sing "terrorists" in all honesty, it's sickening. Gosh...considering that Shoji Kawamori co-directed this, i just want Nekki basara to show up and start singing as well :lol Chieri's father is also...well...a worse father than Darth Vader (At least that's my first impression of him). He didn't even acknowlege that she's his daughter, well he did, but then disowned her immediately after, and research into the Kirara effect? what is that jerk planning?

I finished Robotics;Notes, Senran Kagura, and the second season of Haganai today. Robotic;Notes is probably my favorite out of it, Chaos;Head, and Steins;Gate. The whole last couple episodes were great. Senran Kagura was pretty much what I expected from the show, but it was fun, and that's what I wanted from it. I liked the Haganai, I hope it gets a third season.

I also watched GJ-bu a few days ago, and it's probably one of my favorite slice of life type shows, it was a very fun show.

Watching LBX season 1 since I've been buying a couple of the kits.

It's like a modern Medabots, with the same charms I like from the Beginning Gundam OVA. I'm quite enjoying it so far.

Man...listening to Dynamite Explosion makes me realize...after I'm done with season 2 of AKB0048...I have GOT to get back to Macross 7.

Speaking of AKB0048...It really bothers me how there are no figures aside from 2 Figuarts ZEROs...I want Figuarts though, considering the main character is one of said ZEROs is the main character...I doubt bandai would do that. I hope Max Factory gets the license...I would love Figmas...

I'm going 80's with Patlabor. One of those animes I always meant to watch, but never have. I started with the first movie. It was good, but a bit confusing until I realized there's an OVA before it making it a sequel (and I'm suppose to know who these guys are already). The first episode of the OVA makes the movie a lot clearer. The OVA seems to be way more upbeat than the movie, but that could just be the dubbing. Yes, I'm wanting it dubbed. Leave me alone to listen to Yugi-Oh pretend to eat while talking. It's hilarious! :lol

I'm enjoying it and thinking this would've kicked ass on Toonami back in the day.
