Ryusoulger Movie is cancelled, according to the official statements of Toei and TV Asahi. I was watching the news on NHK World and I understand that I don't want another Rio Komiya incident this year. Of course, their talent agencies don't want the actors and actresses of the 2019 and 2020 Super Sentai Series getting risked of being infected to each other. What's next? The cancellation of Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger Vs. Kiramager/Super Sentai Movie?

That's a shame - especially since they're two of my favourite sentai in a while - but better that than risk infection. I was wondering why we weren't hearing anything.

Okay, that's just depressing. For months, I have been looking forward to hearing progress with this movie. Seriously, this sucks! :mad:

It's worse than the absence of Kyuranger VS Zyuohger since at least Kyuranger got a crossover with Space Squad instead while Zyuohger had an awesome Returns movie. But Kiramager only gets 45 episodes, a "summer" movie and that's it. Very disappointed about this. :(

If they can't even handle a regular size crossover, how is Zenkaiger going to do all the anniversary level stuff people expect?

All I can hope for now is that the new Ryusoulger movie is a sufficient consolation cause they don't deserve to be neglected. Both of these Sentai deserve better!

That "summer" movie you were referring to is Mashin Sentai Kiramager The Movie Bebop Dream. Overall, it is the second Kiramager movie and that was supposed to be in the summer of 2020, but due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, it was rescheduled to February 20, 2021 and is labeled as one of the three "Winter Movies" alongside Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger Returns Movie (Some say it'll be based on the cancelled Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger Final Live Tour) and Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger The Movie (Episode Zero) as part of the Super Sentai Movie Ranger 2021.

we've already seen the zenkaigers with every other red ranger, so that might end up being it. everyone's in suits so its fine.

And probably for the better too. Rather see this show be stable and steady instead of having issues due to the pandemic. Last thing anybody needs is a repeat of what happened to Rio last year during Kiramager.

Yodon seems to still posses yodonna mask. I don't see yodonna or garza in the movie trailer 2. I guess it's an epilogue with Dan mitsu portrays as survivor new queen leader or yodonheim. I feel like the series doesn't play up the mask traits more like garza. The motw becomes forgettable. It's funny and awkward to see dan mitsu used to play seductive toku vilain in gouraigan as well as lewd ultraman lady in a bootleg ultraman adult parody gets all clothes up with masks in the movie.

Kiramager wrapped up filming. Congrats to the staff and cast of the show especially Rio Komiya aka Juuru/Kiramai Red who battled more than just rubber suit monsters while wearing spandex last year. :rock:

So Kiramager has so far made 3 billion Yen by the 3rd fiscal quarter, their goal is to make 5.5 billion. Sucks considering Kiramager as a show I felt was decent.
