Didn't even realize that, but I also prefer to have a "physical" copy on my laptop to take with me. I rarely use streaming to watch anything that isn't netflix.

Another excellent ep, Reiji's explanation was simply crazy.

Two things on my mind. Sei's father was a little bit too proud of his gunpla, it was a straight build 78-2, half of japan has one.
And it seems there is a way to fight without ruining the models, Ramba wanted a rematch despite the fact that his Gouf was totalled in game.
And Reiji had 200 training matchs, I doubt the store allowed him to trash so many balls.

Reiji has got to be full of it, there's no way that story checks out :lol

The battles Reiji against the Fenice were probably non-finisher battles. They fought each other until neither could continue without destroying the other, probably practice matches.

It wouldn't bother me in the slightest if that story was true. :lol

It's very possible, and I guess Ramba keeps spare Goufs or something. :p

I'm loving build fighter and I have notice a lot of gundam refferance And got me wanting to get the 1/144 scale build kits of build strike full package and at the same title get the seris wing gundam 2 so I can paint on to look like a upgrade verstion of the orginal

i just pre-order my first Gundam Modle Kit from Gundam Build Fighter bought 2 of the same one due to i want one to be in the colours from Gundam Wing. and was wondering can gundam markers be good to use on the modles if you ant good with painting. the model i pre-order from ami-ami is HGBF 1/144 Wing Gundam Fenice Plastic Model

First thing that came to my mind was Shinken Red, so nope.

Saw the third episode and a thought came to my mind as I watched the credits.I think Reiji is going to teach Sei how to fight in exchange for his own suit.Reason I say this is because all the main characters in the credits dress up as their personal mobile suits.Sei dresses as the Full package,but what is Reiji dressed as? It's a completely different suit together.Course this is just a theory,but I do hope it happens.I want to see Sei be able to fight on his own before the series ends.

It was fun, but easily the weakest one so far.

Not damaging the Build Booster was a massive oversight, and there's apparently more to Yuki than meets the eye.

Just caught up with episodes three and four. The Zeon bar was nice. The ball got some love, if only to be ganged up on. Dramatic intro to the Fenice, I think I'm going to pick that kit in addition to the X Mao.

Episode four kept the pace up. The storyline with the idol went exactly where one would've expected, but the ride was enjoyable. The fight seemed a tad short. This was the first time that the duo faced a malicious threat, they could've left the viewer in suspense for another week.

Well I ended up ordering the Fenice and the Meteor Hopper. Curse Build Fighters and its ability to make me buy gunpla :lol

I don't remember if I mentioned it here, but since i have Metal Build 00 Seven Sword on the way, it seemed silly to build the MG as is.

So I decided to swap the red and blue on the MG.

Over the weekend I did 3 or 4 thin coats of white paint as a base, then sprayed the trees blue and red.

I'm liking how it turned out.

Eventually I'll cut them out, touch up the paint, panel line the pieces and seal it with a top coat, and then I can assemble it.

I have 2-3 weeks until MB 7S arrives, let's see if I can get this finished by then (not likely).

Seam lines, I hate having to take care of them. I've been rejiggering the displays in my office and decided to transpose the postions of my gunpla and SHF figures, unfortunately this left some gaps in my zeon shelf. I decided to (finally) build the HGUC Qubeley mk1. The thighs have this gnarly seamline right down the front. Last night I glued the pieces together and got to sanding them down just now. On a positive note, the only other seam lines that are greatly visible are on the forearms. So not too much prep work.

Fenice is nice,but....yeah.

ROBOT魂 is giving X more love with Virsago Chest Break

Has anyone seen that CG-Live Action Gundam movie G Saviour? I've heard mixed things.. so before I go through the headache of finding it online, should I?

He looks awesome! I still prefer the Gundams pre-upgrade, but I Chest Break is pretty awesome. I hope Bandai go back and do the pre-upgrade Gundams as Web Exclusives like they've done with Wing. Virsago Chest Break and Geminass were totally out of the blue and are really exciting releases.

I know, the little gunpla nut inside my gut went squee.As long as I can get my grubby paws on some Leopard, I'll be alright.

not only have I seen it, I actually purchased a copy of it, at retail. ages ago. It's worth a watch, if only to appreciate a facet of Gundam lore that never really took off. It feels like a pilot to a tv show, and the movements of the mecha are not up to par (old cg), but the concept ws fairly sound. I'm remiss that the game only designs never made it into Gunpla form.

I'm sure they'll make Leopard Destroy at this point. Why make Double X, Airmaster Burst, and Virsaga Chest Break and not Leapord Destroy? Though the chances of Leopard being made depend on Regular X getting made, I think. Time will tell if Bandai handles AWX like they have Wing, but it looks like they will.

Gotta love the popularity of Gundam. Getting Geminass is amazing, I hope it's only beginning of G-Unit releases. Seeing that figure gives me hope for G Gundam.

My only concern now is for Virsago Chest Break, Airmaster Burst, Geminass, East Asia Colors Leo, and Crossbones X1 all being released next year.

Build Fighters continues to rock my pants off with episode 4. Though not as wacky/incredible as the previous episode it was still very fun and good. Until I find out who/what the hell Reiji is though it'll be hard to get that thought out of my head.

Can't wait to see the X Maoh in aciton next week!

So I just started Build Fighters. LOVE IT.

Episode 5 of Build Fighters was great.Good to see them get away from the fighting for an episode and focus on the building.I really like the pace of the series so far.

As for Reiji, I've pretty much figured out he's going to be piloting the Build Gundam MK II,I'm just not sure when or what happens,but he does.It's seen in the opening credits beside the Build Strike and Reiji is dressed as it in the credits,where the main characters dress as their suits.

All in all,it's going to be a good series,and it feels like it's going to be at least 15 episodes.

It was a good episode of Build Fighters thus week. The introduction of Mao as a competitor for Sei and the awesomeness of the under slung hyper satellite cannon really made the episode for me. They keep teasing the Fenice in action. What a winderful world where you can pick up people with gunpla.

Another fun episode, Fellini's flirting tactics are :lolol, I sort of expected to hear the Wing op when the Fenice appeared, there's a Gunpla School... because, and the way they handled the Maoh was different in a good way.

Another brilliant episode. Mao and Sei's "imagination battle" was easily the best of the show. We need more stuff like that. And the X Mao is a total beast.

Well this will be fun my first Gundam model kit for me to build. I blame build fighters for me falling in to this rabbit hole

I noticed at Dalong.net that the MG EW Proto-Zero(Wing 0) lacks an internal frame. It's kind of like a super articulated 1/100 HG model to me but branded as an MG. I dunno, it could just be me. Thoughts? Also from what I saw in the instruction manual scans, there's no ABS, just polystyrene all throughout.

Acrylics are possibly the most forgiving option for paints. They clean up with water or rubbing alcohol (depending on the maker). they can also be one of the more cost effective options as well.
