One is supposed to be Kouta aka Gaim, the other is Kaito aka Baron.

We don't know. We're only 12 episodes in of a near 50 episode series :lol

Hard to imagine right? There's been more than enough content to fill 30 episodes and we're just barely at the quarter point.

So, I was browsing KR Wiki recently and I came across something called the Kachidoki Arms. Have there been any rumors or stuff about it, or have Ijust missed a giant announcement?

I don't like the sound of the NotMai stuff. She's been super enigmatic and almost otherworldy, and then she suddenly just get's all hands on? Also, Micchy destroys Kouta's driver untransformed? The only part of that I like is Oren as an enforcer and the idea of the Genesis drivers beign addicting and needing to be cleansed. Hase not becoming an invess seems cheap.

It all sounds just a bit too detailed and specific to be made up, but at the same time some of it sounds unlikely and I really hope it's not true because the bits I mentioned sound, well, awful.

The rumour quite clearly says the driver is fixed. Not replaced with a Genesis driver.

EDIT: HOWEVER, the rumour of NotMai encountering Baron makes a sense considering the intro shows a reflection with the two opposite Mai and Kouta.

So I have to ask this, who is going to be the first one to die?

And remember, the first one to die, LOOSES!

Yeah, some of it sounds cool, some of it I'm taking with a grain of salt...mostly the stuff I don't want to happen.

One of the things that makes me feel these might not be all that real is:
Zangetsu beats Baron and destroys his driver. Alright...and then just leaves him for the Invess to eat? Yeah, Yggdrassil's shady as shit and would rather destroy evidence of their corruption than save people, but Takatora seems the least evil of the lot. Yeah, they could've worded it wrong, but still.

How do you figure that when he literally tried to kill Kouta in like episode 3 or 4?

He didn't kill him though. He just beat him and seemed satisfied when Kouta just crawled off all defeated, like he just taught him a lesson, which he kind of did unintentionally. It seemed more like he just wanted to say, "Hey. Kid. Get the fuck out my forest."

And yet last episode he did the exact opposite with everyone.

Him leaving Baron is TOTALLY counter to what he's done so far.

Zangetsu has no interest in actually killing people. He DIDN'T kill Kouta. Nor Hase. Why should he try to kill Baron?

I have to agree, that point is the only one that seems unlikely. I actually think Takatora will grow more sympathetic over the series, in contrast with his brother. He seems to be a well-intentioned guy, if exceedingly ruthless.

The rumor states that Zangetsu thinks that Baron dies when in reality he faints - and decides to let the Inves clean up the mess, meaning he'd be in Helheim Forest, and Baron is instead saved by NotMai who then repairs his Sengoku Driver.

It's a weird read but that's what it's implying.

I have a hard time believing that Hase becomes Sigurd given next weeks promo.

I'd much rather Sid becomes Sigurd. He completed his primary objective and we already knows that he's conniving and semi-dislikes Takatora. This would be the kind of thing he does just to mess with Zangetsu.

Conflicting rumors now from Deca End that Hase turns in to an Inves but is saved by Kouta from Zangetsu. Kaito and Kouta both are taken in to Yggdrasill and meet Ryouma, and ask for stronger drivers.

I like the other rumors more. I hope that doesn't happen to Hase honestly.

Well, no matter what happens, Hase will stay in the series. The actor hasn't gotten a Bouqet so far, so that means he's still in.

The Tokusatsu Network translated an interview with Urobuchi. Not really a lot of new stuff in there, but some interesting tidbits on how the show is going to evolve and progress.

Some very interesting bits. I love his focus on heroism, it gives me high hopes about Gaim. I like that Mr Urobuchi emphasizes that this is not necessarily like his previous work (Madoka) because comparisons might just be a little unfair.

I'm curious about this "sense of justice" he mentions. What does it look like? Perhaps we'll have to watch to find out?

Now I'm curious about this "first mould of Gaim" not looking like a Kamen Rider. Considering how different they've looked over the years, you really have to wonder what the design was like. (especially when Gaim brings back the "mouth" design in helmets that we haven't seen in years)

So is Riders turning into Invess how Urobochi is going to have characters get out of the Rider War? Because that's a pretty good idea. We don't have Riders necessarily killing each other, but whether or not a defeated Rider eats the fruit, thus choosing their own fate.

Actually if the characters that can turn into Invess can still talk, it's a great way of writing out characters from the war without Removing the potential for character development. One of the problems with Ryuki is that each arc has its own set of characters ourside of the main 4 riders but not giving enough time to them other then their backstories, and before you know it, they're gone. This Invess system can keep around the old characters if Urobochi is going to take where I think he is going to.

Do you think Zangetsu will realize he's been fighting his own brother all this time?

Will all 4 riders work together somehow?

Anyone else think Hase will become a recurring villain? Perhaps he will try to get more power to take down all the riders himself.

I'm kind of sick of these 45 degree shots of the faces, though. They're SO boring compared to head-on veiws or profiles like on the Sengoku drivers.

The apple is speculated to be for a new male character corresponding to Mai's blonde dopleganger.

The seed itself definitely looks like the images I've seen of the Kachidoki. Very pumped for this. The second seed looks like it specifically goes with DJ Gun. Who wants to be t DJ Sagura is the mastermind behind this form and that's why he keeps bucking the Yggdrasil higher ups?

Well the Doc did say last episode the first part of his job is done, so... Maybe?
