Sentai Figuarts didn't exist until last year. That's why there's so few of them.

And if they don't give the current series' figures all standard releases, there's no way such an old one will be. Everything so far indicates Reds get a standard release if it's an old series, everything else is a web exclusive. (The exception being ShinkenGold, but as one of the first two Sentai SHFs that could be due to still testing the waters.)

If they won't even do it for the currently airing teams, somehow I can't see any Sentai team ever having every character be a mass release :( This is why I plan to stick to mainly buying reds outside the handful of teams I like enough to buy all 6.

Juuzo is due out at the end of this month, I believe. I'm hunting him on Mandarake, cuz he looks great, and I'm just getting to the first episodes in Shinkenger that introduce him, and so far he's pretty cool.

Yeah, Juuzo is the only villian I really liked in Shinkenger.

If I can buy Juzo, it'll be because of how much I love Deker in Samurai more than anything else.

Umm...a lot! , But i sold my DC Universe collection that has been sitting in my closet due to my recent hatred for DC. Im recycling it to support my new love for Figuarts.

Oo, I'm jealous, I've got Momotaros, but I'd love to get Ryutaros and Kintaros, but they're too expensive for me.

Though I did just pay a lot to get a straight up repaint, or mostly straight up repaint, in the form of Amazing Mighty Kuuga. I like it, but I'd say it's definitely not worth the price for most collectors.

A thread would be pointless as it fluctuates more or less every minute to a certain degree so a thread would require lots of monitoring/editing.

I miss the days when the yen was weaker than the dollar. I used to be able to get 9800 yen Region 2 DVDs for about $72 back in 2003 and now a 6800 yen BD costs about $85.

No. None of those are as iconic as Shadow Moon, sadly, and its entirely possible even he wouldn't have his Figuart if it hadn't won that poll.

Yeah I'd say they're done with Black. If anything the only other figures they would do from Black/RX are Roborider and Biorider and those would have to be exclusives. The villains are just too obscure to most people to see a wide release and actually sell.

Added some Riders to my sales thread if anyone is interested. Decided to just have the ones I like, well, seen.

A couple years ago Bandai ran a series of polls for what figure fans wanted in the Rider Figuarts, non-Rider Figuarts, and Robot Damashii lines. Shadow Moon won the Rider Figuarts poll and, a short year and a half later, got his figure made. I forget who won the non-Rider poll, it was either Shinken Red or a Digimon.

I should really be saving my money for Akiba Red and Meteor later this month, but I just won a Garo on ebay for £17 shipped. At that price (I think its the best bargain I've got since I started buying toku) I feel completely justified :D

On the very day that I started to fear Ankh might be lost in customs limbo, he not only arrives in my area (such magic "tracking" is...) but is delivered as well.

I don't get why he couldn't have been assembled in package. The fronts of his shoulders just wouldn't go on easily. Fortunately they're ridiculously soft, so it was easy with a good bit of force. The back pair were easy.

Then there's the tiny wings... His white collar keeps pushing the one out of its pin so it can only stay in at an awkward angle. Even if I push the collar up there still isn't much room for them. And of course talk about limiting neck articulation.

Haven't gotten to try the big wings, but I sure hope they stay in better since he'll probably be keeping those on.

But gosh darnit if he simply isn't beautiful.

Tamashii Nations likes to make polls on what figures they should make. Whichever character wins the poll gets the figure. It's a pretty neat idea actually.

They have an account with Bandai. So far they've only been getting the DBZ ones and MonsterArts but I asked if they could order something for me and they said sure, so I gave them the name & number of Zolda on Bluefin's website and they ordered it.
