That's mostly because of the angle. But they are there.

They're there. They're a screen-accurate size, just they don't have the gigantic wings that they turn into when he flies, which is a little sad but not devastating. It'd have been cool for replaceable giant and normal wings, but I'm very happy with him and can see why that might's been too difficult considering that they're a part of his big collar. Absolutely beautiful figure.
