I wonder if the delay with Ryugen wasn't because Bandai knew the demand for Gaim merchandise was so high that they ramped up production... but then didn't expect the disdain for Ryugen and made too many. :lol

Oh, I know very well how their pre-orders work, I've been at nearly major activation. More recently, they've done them in smaller and more frequent batches with the 2 major waves broken up into 2 smaller waves each, so technically 4 activations. And then Ryugen is very different from other riders in that most of them sell out in 2-5 minutes. Ryugen is sticking around for MUCH longer. Though it's been getting easier such that I don't have to stay up the extra 2-4 hours for the later wave.

Yeah, better safe than sorry. But I'm being really selective with Blade figuarts. I only have Blade and Blade King with Leangle on pre-order. No intention of getting Garren or Chalice.

It is most definitely less demand. Bluefin hasn't brought them over because of licensing limbo. And no, even wave 1 took longer to sell out than normal. It wasn't much longer, but it was definitely noticeable.

What's the status of everybody's Nippon Yasan orders with Kyoryu Pink and Black? Mine have been in "Preparation in Progress" for three, going on four days. Normally I'd pay it no mind, especially considering I ordered them within the first half hour of pre-orders, but the horrible experience others have had with Kyoryu Gold has got me paranoid. Has anyone had theirs sent out?

I admit it's not that two-pack, but I have Imperer along with Ultra-Act Gaia V1 stuck at "in-progress" for a similar amount of time with no shipping notice yet. I haven't contacted them yet, but if a week passes with no change, I will.

I received my shipping notice for Kyoryu Black and Pink at 1:40 am last night. They were in preparation since the 24th.

Mine went into prep on the 24th and shipped last night around the time Ryugen went live on AmiAmi.

Should I pre-order the Gaim figuarts on HLJ? I hear mixed things about that site.

Saving up to treat myself for a little SHF buying spree before I have to start paying for GED testing. Plan on getting G3-X and Red Hawk.

Jeez, now I see what you guys were talking about with Ryugen. Still, he's been one of the most fleshed out characters we've ever had in Kamen Rider. The fact people aren't buying him (assuming it isn't just a HUGE amount of stock) is probably more because the suit itself has barely been used in the show. The same could be said for regular Zangetsu, but he at least made a pretty big impact with his few appearances.

They tend to take too many pre-orders and then are unable to fulfil all of their orders. To make it worse, they don't even seem to handle this on a first come, first served basis, but just send them out randomly. If you can't get a hold of him anywhere else, you may as well pre-order there. They won't charge you unless they send it and you can easily cancel with them. It's just that pre-ordering doesn't guarantee they'll secure one for you.

Kinda glad I scored a random Gaim pre-order on BBTS the night before, but yea Ryuen is still up... Shocking.

HLJ has had Gaim himself on Order Stop for quite a while now. They aren't taking pre-orders on him anymore.

Edit: I think that Melon Arms and Sakura Hurricane are all they've got still listed as available.

Wow, I completely forgot about Ryugen going up for pre-order and still managed to get one, hes still available on AmiAmi the now. I really hope its cos of extra stock rather than Micchy being an unpopular/hated character. Despite being a wee little shit hes one of the better developed character from Gaim.

I wonder who will be up next from Gaim after Ryugen, and maybe kurokage. Im guessing it would be Jinba Lemon, or maybe Pine/Ichigo arms.

I have never watched Gaim or finished a season of Kamen Rider, so I have no idea why they would hate him. I did get a Kyoryu Black and Pink from someone online. It should make it here tomorrow. But I only collect the red and black sentai figuarts (no interest in completing full teams) so now I have to try to sell Kyoryu Pink and the piece to the Kentrospiker

for me Ryugen is the ugliest design of the Gaim series, not to mention his character is a serious dick

He started off as a pretty good guy and has turned into a dick.

I have to admit, Micchy is my least favourite character in Gaim and I don't particular think his design is that great either compared to the others but I feel like it my collection would be incomplete without him since Gaim is my first Kamen Rider series I started and follow.

I seem to be one of the few that didnt care for Micchy at all when the Show started but now that he is a scheming,lying and backstabbing bastard I totally love him :lol

I love Micchi solely because he's becoming more of a backstabbing asshole as the series goes on. And you look at his Rider form and it just looks nothing like the type of character he is. Can't wait to own Ryugen.

I love Micchy, even though he is one sneaky little piece of shit!! As for his suit, I really like it - one of my favourites from Gaim. Initially, I wanted Micchy to use a weapon like Guan Yus crescent blade, but, a gun suits his backstabbing antics more.
