Wait, the series is now going to be 9 issues?

Yeah, it was announced last month I believe that it would be extended to 9 issues because apparently the story was bigger than they planned so they extended it so they wouldn't cut stuff out. So unless they start pushing back release dates on other issues, Secret Wars will end early December.

She's holding an Iron Man mask. Potential armor deal for her? Speculations?

....okay? Not sure where that's going to go. But then I'm so out of touch with Marvel now I'm not sure I want to know either.

I think the mask is just there as a cover design choice more than anything. If M.J. does get an armor, that'd be cool. But I don't think that'll happen until much later.

It probably won't be a romantic storyline. There was one idea I heard in which Tony would find out that M.J. was a member of his biological family, seeing as Tony's been revealed to have been adopted.

... wait what?

Yeah that sounds like a bit of a stretch to me.
