Like Talisman said it's being sold directly from the Tamashii Nations store and has other retail North American releases for sale such as Revi and Vice as well as other characters. I believe it's the revamped Bluefin page which merged with Tamashii awhile back.

Amazon lets third parties put up listings on a lot of pages. if you bought one of those specific listings, then you would be taking a chance on maybe getting a fake. But the one you sent said shipped from and sold by amazon, so you should be good.
