I'd make a case that it's X-Swordman or the original version of the Kin No Buki WRB. X-Swordman was formed from his story along with his enthusiasm with the comic book, so I'm assuming he got a permanent new base form for X-Swordman but he had a different X-Swordman form before it.

Kin No Buki is the only WRB with this kind of design, so I also figured Kin No Buki was his WRB for his original form, but transformed to how it looks now as a byproduct of him fusing with the sword.

Like a, Proto X-Swordman? I can see that, maybe a potential V-Cinema form too.

Guess I just miss the Riders using their base final form to defeat the final villains. The last time they did that was...... What, Drive? Ghost?

Ex-Aid used Level 2, Build to Zero-One uses a special last-minute forms.

Well, it doesn't seem like he's actually using anything new at all. Maybe he transforms first into Saber base and then just wields Haouken separately.

Given that image is from Super Hero Senki and the movie mostly has base Saber, either something happens to where only Rekka is available and Touma has to rely on his old forms until he can access the Xross Saber.

Or something happens in the next three episodes that allows Touma to utilize base Saber again and he busts out the Xross Saber when he's ready for his final form.

I always assumed Saikou's "theoretical base form" would be the one sculpted in to the sword, which is... basically a gold-and-silver repaint of Shadow, with the X-Swordman face and a big sparkly star on the front? (Though I figure the star is just there for effect on the book and wouldn't have been part of the original form.) I can get behind that, and would for sure like to see it in a VCine or similar

I don't understand the problem here. Indigo was unfairly insulted for advocating for people's freedom. There was no need to report his post.

I just hope that if they don't find a new candidate for Calibur in time before the show ends, perhaps the Final Stage will introduce a new yet future character to take up Kurayami.

I feel Calibur is like KR Odin in some way without a true identity. Like I know Hayato was the first, but there's no permanent user except Yuri dual wields both light & dark. Which feels unfair to me.

I get the feeling we won't have a new Calibur at this point, given we've only got about 7 episodes left and we've seen nothing of it. It's a bit of a shame given how much of the show's main triumphant goal and the big point of Xross Saber is having all 10 Swordsmen gathered; all the Riders united as one heroic force
