Ghost had the primary, secondary and two main upgrades releases domestically and they didn't sell well.

Build had the primary and first antagonist and the latter isn't very sought after nowadays.

Zi-O had the primary, secondary and tertiary released domestically and they didn't exactly go flying either, despite still fetching retail plus nowadays for some of them.

At this point Bandai already knows that P-Bandai releases target the line supporters and collectors specifically with made-to-order runs that won't sit on shelves long after their release. The upside is they tend to be easier to get a hold of depending on where you shop and if they get waves of preorders (Ex: Tokullectibles puts up a new P-Bandai listing, it sells out a little while after, they may reopen preorders a few days later when they secure more units). The downside is that if you miss the window, depending on the character or series it could become hard to track down for a reasonable price. (SS Eternal, Ultimate Kuuga, Hyper Kabuto, SHF Horobi and Valkyrie, etc.)

Will HLJ be cheaper?

I wouldn't hate PB/TW so much if they actually offered their service to Canadians.

Well, since we're talking about Seihou, it's worth noting that they get a little better off in retail than mainline SHF. To look at some more recent lines; OOO got Tatoba, Tajador and Ankh Arm while Kiva got Base Kiva and Dark Kiva. Much like mainline, though, retail releases tend towards the start of the line.

Also worth noting that just about everything revealed in the Preban Z stream is Premium Bandai exclusive, as the name might suggest. Black Sun is of course an exception, but that was clearly to shill for said series. I expect we'll see a similar Shin Kamen Rider stream in a few months

Oh good. I'm ok with it Pbandai for me. I'll just wait for Live to come up and pre-order him directly from them. With the official PBandai store in Shopee, I don't need to go thru any middlemen or resellers now.

HLJ only sells mass retail releases. CJ Extreme and Live are exclusive to premium bandai, or a middleman buying it for you
