Aw, real bummer. I pre-ordered one of the EXCITE singles that came with the Gashat on Amazon Japan and my card was getting declined, I tried to pre-order it again and it looks like they don't ship it to the US. You normally can't get Rider toys on there, but I thought I could cheat the system if it came with a music CD. I probably didn't need it anyways, but I sort of wanted a Gashat that played some real music.
