On another note, got Ixa in today, but for some reason Amazon decided to use a mailer envelope instead of a box. Probably as a result of that, his box came with some dents in it :( Also no stand, but he does have the Bluefin sticker on his box. The figure itself is great, though it has a few restrictions so you can tell it's an earlier Figuart.

Why are Ankh's feet so darn small? >_< I don't think he could possibly stand with the full wings if it weren't for the stand.

All IXAs don't include stands. It was a first-run bonus item and it seems the very first reissue may have included it as well, but all subsequent releases do not.

I knew it was a first run bonus, but I wasn't sure if they packaged it in the box or not.

Hmmmmmmmm, I'm going to need to get some stands soon. My collection is over growing, especially if I go to TRU tomorrow to pick up ShinkenRed.

Hey, wasn't there an interview with Bandai on these figures back at Toyfair this past Feb on Youtube? I cannot seem to find the interview, but I recall the rep was talking about how amazing Kamen Rider figures are in demand in the US despite there being no syndicated show. Does anyone have the link to it?

Also, I picked up ShinkenRed. He is pretty awesome, but I have him in a sitting pose with his legs crossed since he is my only Sentai Figuart at the moment.

I've been thinking about getting a stand, for when Kickback gets me Gosei Knight, and I don't know which kind to get. I heard a couple people say on TFW2005 about Gundam Stands, and I know (I think) Bandai makes one for Figuarts. Are there things to look out for?

What is the possibility of them releasing a Kurojishi Rio Figuart? I ask specifically for Rio because his more armored suit would lend to a better looking Sentai Figuart, much like GoseiKnight (And I know that at least GekiRed will be getting one).

Yes but much like a lot of other things shown off at Bandai events those could just as easily be one off protos. They often create prototypes of figures for toy shows like this just to gauge interest with fans and see if there's actually enough to produce them. (Den-O Imagins in animal costumes, X, Riderman being good examples) Rio and Mele are 2 that I would assume will be made based on their popularity. It's just for the time being there's no real time frame for production or release of these 2 :(

Thing is, he's not the Red warrior of his series, so it's unlikely that they'll go back and release Red Hawk, DekaRed, and BoukenRed, and then release a character that wasn't even considered a member until Gokaiger (Maybe Go-Onger...).
If the Rio and Mele figures do come to fruition, I'm pretty positive that it'll be on the tail of a GekiRed release.

Exactly. The demand is there but the strategy to release them hasn't been executed yet.

My Garo just arrived today. I dunno if its because I bought him used (at half the price he is new I can hardly complain) but he is really floppy, especially at the hips and shoulders. His hands are pretty gummy too, but I can't say I'm disappointed with him given the level of detail on him.

Just wish I didn't have to inevitably pay so much for Zero now though :(

Be sure and cover him before you go to sleep. Or rlse the nightmare fuel of the show will come through the figure, into your mind, and you'll end up being chased by a dragon made of ink down a broken highway! o.o;

I got him on Ebay. A few people have him and i checked to make sure it wasn't a pre-order.

I got my Ryuki Figuart today, and I have to say I am slightly disappointed. I was expecting to love him, but out of the five KR Figuarts I have thus far, he is probably my least favorite. He just has way too many pieces that fall off of him all of the time. Plus, why the hell does he have closed fists for his left hand? His card loader thing cannot sit on his arm properly without an open fist to grip the handle. Plus, Dragreder is way too fragile. His leg shields fall off every time I touch them, and then they won't even lock into Ryuki's shoulders. Not to mention it took me almost a half hour just to be able to get him onto the stand's thingies. Finally, this has nothing to do with the sculpt, but his grill by his mouth has a bit of the silver paint chipped off of it, so there is this black spot towards the middle of the face, which is very distracting. You will probably notice it when I post pictures of this dude in a little while.

Don't get me wrong, I really do love the sculpt and the figure itself, its just I was not blown away as I expected to be.

Maybe you got a lemon? see if you can exchange it, my Ryuki set is what set me off on the Kamen Rider Figuarts binge, so to hear what you have it is definitely not typical.

Actually it seems like Dragreder's pieces stay in if I pull the piece off of the shield, insert it into the hole, and then put the shield back on.

Yeah cell looks amazing. You cant see any joints! Can't wait. He's got an effect part as well.

Cell is glorious. If there's any DBZ figuart I'm picking up it's him.

Power diver looks nice but if it doesn't transform then I really don't care or want it.

Cell however is Perfect.

Especailly since they already made a decent one that can transform, and connect with Machine Masslinger.

I don't know if I'm going to get Cell. It looks great, of course, but I'm not especially enamored with Trunks. In fact, I boxed him back up to sell, but nobody seemed to want him. Maybe I should get him out and play with him some more.

I thought trunk was amazing. Now keep in mind I'm a dbz fan boy and this is all my hope and dreams answered but still. I think the only thing I didn't like about trunk was is lack of muscle mass. He was really tiny. Other than that, Amazing!

SHF Cell looks quite deserving of being called "Perfect."

I've stayed away from the DBZ figures, but these recent releases are sure pushing me to dive right in. It's also about time they included an effects part.

Oh, I forgot to mention - payment request for Meteor came today :D

I'm not sure I want to get into the DBZ figuarts. Of course, we'll see what happens when I entually marathon the entire series.

My girlfriend wants to get Trunks nonetheless though.
