In that he gets a new Rider Identity via the new Driver/Whatever they're doing for the New Year.

Speaking of that I'm going to throw in a bold prediction.

Whatever gimmick the new Driver/Whatever has is entirely new and stuff, but it has the functionality to use normal Ride Books for attacks and stuff.

My Prediction is: They will not use that function to use normal Ride Books in that new Henshin Device. Woz never used it in the show, Thouser never used it either, so I'm going to make a safe assumption and say that whatever is coming next year won't either.

Man, we already got 7 Riders in the first three months. The Japanese are getting a new Rider December in the movie. I think you'll survive a single month with no new Riders you can see in the west

It's a thing about the Ride Book. Basically, after transforming, I think the middle panel with Blades' face flips out to the side and reveals a Blue Lion on a yellow background.

If you zoom in on the left panel when the book is in that mode, you can even see it say "Lion Mode" in the Saber language.

Hell I'm pretty sure it got said somewhere that Flachion's gonna show up in the show as well.

I wasn't too hot about that song for the first few weeks, but I think now? It's really grown on me and I can't help but want to follow those first few lines every time I hear the melody start.

Which is good I was worried given Zero-One's full op felt really weird, it felt like it stopped and started up three different times during the course of it and didn't really flow. This one though, really does.

I'm sure I'm not the first to say it, though, but... Seeing them all together like that just made me realize they're the exact same color lineup as Ryusoulger, red, blue, pink, green, black, gold. Calibur's even purple.

I said as much in this thread way back when the show had just started, but, yeah, Almighty is pretty much exactly what the name says. And that's hyperbole, of course; Kamen Rider is hardly short on great theme songs, but, ya' know, this is one of them too.

What strikes me most about Almighty is that it feels... relaxing. Like, it has energy and gets me pumped up, but the singer's voice just sounds calmer than in a lot of other recent openings, the last one I can think of that sounds like this is Anything Goes. It fits well with the idea of Saber being a fun, whimsical journey of knights and storybooks, and that makes me wonder if Toei is trying to do the same thing with Saber that they did with OOO and Fourze, making a more upbeat Rider than usual to lift people's spirits after a crisis.

Of course, just like OOO and Fourze, they're mixing some really dark stuff in with all the cheerfulness.

Slightly disappointed by the full OP if I'm honest -- the way it mixes its beats just isn't as nice as the TV version (which took a bit to grow on me, but I REALLY like now)

Love the full version of ALMIGHTY! Upbeat, fun and whimsical. Awesome to listen to while doodling and stuff.

Hailing from 4chan, seems like there aren't much in the way of new toys to sell for Q2. Take it with a grain of salt tho. But what could this mean if it were confirmed? Probably means we'll get less toy advertising in the show and hopefully some improvements in the show's quality.

For the riders? I have two guesses: One could be that Southern Base are a band of knights that are less distinctive from each other. Or that there's only one Southern base rider?

That's what I thought it might be looking at the prices, but it seemed strange given it wouldn't have been that long since said belt debuted -- Thouser never get one either, and it was a while before Woz got one. Or maybe it's a Rogue situation...

If this was true though it'd be a huge breath of fresh air, given February is usually when the main rider gets their new power-up.

Oh, and either way when they talked about Riders at the southern base; they did specifically say that in a plurality. It could be that the belt has built-in multiple forms to simulate different riders; maybe something like Den-O or Kuuga's belt (which would be AWESOME)

I'm looking forward to seeing them expound on the Southern Base and their world there. Could we see double the Riders later on?

God I hope not, there's already too many that're gonna get dropped.

I won't be surprised at all if only one Southern Base rider ever shows up, and the rest are just always "fighting their own battles" offscreen.

My guess is that the undersuit is mass-produced, but each one has at least their own color of decoration on the armor.

I'm guessing this could either be mid-season upgrades for Blades, Saber, and Espada, or for Kenzan, Buster, and Slash (unlikely), or for the Southern Base riders.

I’m not sure how Epsada could get an upgrade. Not because he’s stuck in an “uncertain doom” situation, but because non of the “super” ride books can fit into the “monogatari” slot due to the shape of both.

Wouldn't it then be an upgrade that fits the monogatari slot section, then? Kinda like that weird extension on Falchion's belt?

They're moving at a pace with gaim. 4 neo gaim rider shows up after Xmas using same system and suit style with 1 getting upgraded. People speculate kento defecting or resurrcted over there via new character girl. There's also that dj Sahara hooded guy with tassel.

Hope after Falchion, can you all imagine a “Sword of Ethos” and “Sword of Pathos” existing in another Saber movie?
