Slowbro pretty much got the Kangaskhan treatment. Shellder was the one who changed(It grew larger and now has holes for arms and the tail).

I don't know what you guys are on about, Slowbro looks awesome! Definitely one of the most original looking Megas we've gotten. I love everything about it; It's hilarious and cute!

Why couldn't it be Slowbro? They're alternate evolutions, not a full sequence. And Slowbro is the "normal" one, plus definitely the more lacking of the two.

I don't like that freaking Slowbro gets one, but between the two he did need the bigger buff.

I feel mega Slowbro will be useless without regenerator as an ability. Shell armor makes sense because of his design but he can't really wall without something to give him HP.

I'm not against it, they just seem like such obtuse Pokemon. And Slowbro losing 2 of it's best traits (Regenerator and Leftovers) to hold the mega stone to pull it off...

It can learn Slack Off >_> Mega Slowbro could actually be a threat if you keep it away from status moves like toxic. Using Calm Mind to boost its special attack and special defense will make it hard to take down from both sides.

Edit: I knew the Heracross I would receive would be crap, but at least I managed to get one with a perfect Attack stat. Shame that Cherish Balls don't pass in breeding, or at least GF could throw a bone and have included some perfect IVs at the outset. Not that it matters too much when Heracross is missing Rock Blast (and Pinsir Quick Attack and/or Feint).

Just picked up the code for the Heracronite. At my GameStop, you need to preorder Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire to get the code for the mega stone.

Per Nintendo - even demonstrated in the goddamn poster to go along with this campaign - it is free with no purchase necessary.

Supposedly, the Nintendo reps told their Gamestop stores something different. They told them it's a preorder bonus. So management is enforcing that and all the poor saps actually on the floor have no choice. Sucks for them, sucks more for us because they're unwavering and trying to meet a quota.

I'm going tomorrow and hope they have codes (because a lot of places also just haven't gotten sent them yet because Nintendo screwed up and didn't mail them). But I will not preorder the game at the store.

Because I already fucking have online. Oh nooo, I didn't do it through *insert name of whichever employee I end up talking to* so you don't get some sort of bonus or whatever shit! Big deal. Give me my damn code that is supposed to be free.

I just remember during the shiny Sinnoh Legendary promo, people at my university running into the same problem at one of the Gamestops there... And being told they couldn't get it even if they already preordered! Had to be a new one and at their store. Even the manager did it... That store was pretty infamous for him being a massive douche. Just trying to get higher numbers through coercion and lying.
