*Looks up TRU distance from house*
GOD FUCKING DAMMIT. I'd be so willing to B-to-Blow for a Charizard X or Y plush! I LOVE POKEMON PLUSHES! One per customer? Damn...That means I can't even ask someone for a favor, either... |

I don't know how this compares to whatever plush you get at TRU, and its large size means it costs a bit, but it's probably a superior product in the long run. The Center also offered Mega Charizard X but it's out of stock at the moment. Between that and the fact I have no plan to order both versions in one shot, no interest in changing my AS preorder from GameStop at the moment. |
I wish I had a Pumkaboo plush...
|
I want a Darkrai plush that isn't so fricking expensive.
|
I want a Milotic plush that I can snuggle~ <3
|
I want a substitute plush :lol

Why are all the bear Pokemon weak to Fighting and have nearly identical base stat spreads?

In actual news, I guess Game Freak is really into serial codes, as in Japan at least, you'll need one to get a demo for ORAS. It must start you out at some point mid-game as you choose between one of the three mid-evolutions of the Hoenn starters. Look forward to more info on that, especially if we get it in the US. |
Mega Gallade, Mega Sharpedo, and Mega Camerupt confirmed!!!
http://www.serebii.net/corocoro10142.jpg http://www.serebii.net/corocoro10144.jpg http://www.serebii.net/corocoro10145.jpg Mega Sharpedo gets strong jaw as its ability with an increase to all of its stats. Mega Camerupt gets sheer force with a decrease to it's speed but an increase to all of its other stats. Also primal Kyogre's ability will be known as sea of beginnings and primal Groudon's ability will be known as land of endings. Both make what is called strong rain and strong sun. |
Wonderful. I was thinking of training up a Gallade for this game too.
And I've been meaning to try Sharpedo for YEARS now. |
Now people can stop saying Pokemon that evolve by stones won't get Megas.

There's a good chunk of Pokemon that I really like that are just not worth using. |
Hey, going turbo-shark with Sharpedo's Speed Boost HA certainly helped a bit on that front. Which is definitely what I like about Mega Sharpedo's Ability being something besides Speed Boost (or Rough Skin, meh) - the fact that it's Strong Jaw means an advantage of another kind, and most likely means ORAS will add to his Fang movepool, either directly, new egg moves or via move tutors. The "boost to all stats" thing is less great, but we'll see how that turns out once we know the numbers.
|
I dunno about that. Lots of Pokemon with the X-ilate abilities didn't really get the moves that would benefit them beyond Pinsir.

I definitely would not agree with your assessment. Movepools are only a major issue for the other two Pixilate users (and only in VGC-style gameplay) and Rock Head Aerodactyl. |
*Shrugs* If you say so.
I'm just looking at Pixilate and Refrigerate's shit range. |
Again, Refrigerate isn't the problem, Aurorus is. You could give the longneck Boomburst and it would still get outsped by crap like Swalot or faint to a Mud Slap. Built-in BoltBeam and STAB Freeze-Dry and it still sucks, unfortunately.
All it would take to "fix" Pixilate, which isn't actually awful right now, is make it so one way or another Sylveon and Gardevoir can learn Hyper Voice in ORAS. Round is already fantastic in doubles. Giving either one Boomburst would definitely be broken, and Double-Edge/Quick Attack Pixilate on Sylveon is something. Not a great something considering its attack stat, but something. |
Echoed voice is actually a good substitute for hyper voice. Granted it needs to be used a few times in order to reach a high damage range but it still works.

Gallade is still Psychic/Fighting and has Inner Focus as his ability
Kyogre's new move is Origin Wave, Groudon's is Cliff's Blade Rayquaza is said to hold a secret about Mega Evolutions I believe that's the last of Corocoro this month. |
