FireRed! Wow. To this day, I still regret trading in Sapphire. The only veteran fighters I have on my team are from HeartGold: Luxray and Blaziken and Salamence...but I put him into Black when he was still a Bagon, so I guess he doesn't count.

Yes and yes, comicguy. You could have used any 3 from your team of 6 and now you can swap any 3 of them for different Pokemon =]

Yup, just like RiderSkyward said, out of your previous team of 6, you can swap 3 of them out for 3 different Pokémon, and you were able to pick any 3 of your team of 6 to battle. But you need to post your new team before your battle in the next round.

Oh...I thought tat we had to stick to the 3 we chose in the first round...now I know...and knowing is half the battle!
