It's not a toku purchase directly, but it'll help in my enjoyment of my toku merchandise.

I had to take my dog for her annual teeth cleaning today, and while I was waiting to pick her up I decided to drop by the fabric store next door. Velvet was on sale, so I figured what the heck.

I knew it would create a nice deep black, but hoo boy, color me impressed.

Gaburevolver came yesterday.

I watched THey Live last night and loved it.

That's cool. It really is one of those movies everyone should see at least once in their life. It's a sci-fi/horror movie, but with some jabs at society as well in it with the subliminal messages everywhere.

Plus the classic line Roddy says before he blows away a bunch of the aliens in one scene.

Another cheesey but good Roddy Piper movie to see is Immortal Combat. It's only available on DVD (really early DVD cases), but Amazon has some used copies for descent prices.

Finally my waiting paid off and I snatched up a Sealed DX Gosei Great off HEJ for $47.

Can't wait for it to arrive now!
