The woman pictured is actually the girlfriend of Yoshi :) Thus, I would say he's just joking. Same when bboyrealm, who has been hanging out with Yoshi and his crew, tweeted something about one of Yoshi's good friends being Deathryuger. One of those "I'm gonna join in the joking too!" things.

There's a new mobile app game for Power Rangers called "Power Rangers: Unite" coming out soon where you can play as Rangers from all 22 seasons against a villain named Nerodark. I don't know which Kyoryuger villain it would be.
