But Gosei Knight is an Other, and Magis is their 6th.

Anyway, I'm not sure on Geki, since Violet and Chopper are treated as part of the default team, and Rio and Mele are treated as rangers, but I don't know where they fall.
So, if Rio and Mele do qualify as 6ths, then my list is:
1. Rio
2. Mele
3. TimeFire (I haven't seen TimeRanger, but I'm told that Eric is just an American Naoto)

If Rio and Mele don't qualify, then:
1. TimeFire
2. Gosei Knight
3. KyoryuGold

Mele and Rio are counted as extra heros like Deka Master :)
