I am playing Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Skyrim lately. I love the Final Fantasy XIII games no matter what anyone says.

Started playing the final case of AA4, i'm in for a ride.

FF lost me after X and Tidus. :p

Anyway, started playing FE: The Sacred Stones. Thank god this isn't my first FE, because while the game play is solid, the story is annoying to follow. :lol

Lucario has been confirmed as a returning character for the next Smash Bros. game! ^_^

I would have liked Mewtwo (and hey, it could still happen), but as I mained Lucario in Brawl... I'm still happy.

Yes! Yes! Lucario was one of my faves in Brawl.

I'm bit disappointed to be honest.

Not that I disliked Lucario (Mewtwo was better, but I digress) but outside of Pikachu and Jigglypuff, I think the Pokemon roster should be something that changes as the games go on. Bring on a different trainer and a gen 5/6 Pokemon for example.

I'm desperately hoping that the Pokemon Trainer character uses starters outside of Generation 1 (and would love Gen 6). But how likely is that... :/

I would have loved Zoroark.

I would love to know how Zoroark fits.

Because Zoroark is "the Lucario of Gen 5."

Is was promoted like Lucario and given a movie... which was all Lucario needed to get popular. So people want Zoraork too.

But Zoroark's not nearly as popular and in my opinion wouldn't work very well.

But Zoroark doesn't fit at all.
Lucario's gimmick of Aura is perfect for a fighting game. Zoroark's illusion gimmick is not.

Anyway, I've been playing more Sacred Stones, and good god, this game is annoying.
Not the party perma-deaths, but the horrible, horrible story. It undermines the otherwise good game play by shoving it's nonsensical ass in between every mission, throwing characters at you but forgetting to tell me why I should care about the characters.
"Oh, you should care because if they die in the field they die for good!"
That's terrible. It's throwing all these people at me, then, in place of having an interesting story or personality, they force me to care by removing the number of available weapons I have.

I know other Fire Emblems aren't as inept, but why did this game get away with it?

DC Universe Online, again, and enjoying my Yellow Lantern Maveri. She uses Martial Arts, Lex Luthor mentored, and now I have the Zod Sunstone Matrix armor. Just did the Gates of Tarterus Raid, tonight I'm trying Prime where you have to stop Brainiac from boring into the Earth's Core and co-opting the Multiverse to remake reality in his image.

I also created a new Healer. Madam Occult. She uses Sorcery and is mentored by Circe. Just started with her so I have a ways to go. My first Healer, so we'll see how that goes.

Just finished Halo 2 and am well into 3. Needed a break from the God damn Alduin fight from Skyrim.

Man, the Halo games are just sweet. Really 2 and 3. Nothing wrong with CE, but it is easily the most basic in terms of story and mechanics. But the atmosphere, music, design and streamlined gameplay are just so much fun in 2 and 3. The exploration of the Covenant and the enigmatic nature of Forerunner stuff is sweet, and God damn that music.


And then 4 came along. Sigh...

I can't help but notice you completely omitted Reach.

Reach was a prequel, it didn't continue the story resolved in 3.

I used to not care for Reach, but in hindsight only the story was lacking for me. Gameplay wise, design-wise, ESPECIALLY gametype-wise it was a-okay. I mean, forged custom games were off the hook. I can't tell you how much Firefigth I played.

Only other thing I didn't like was the absolutely bananas leveling system in multiplayer, but who really cares about that? (except all the best armour pieces were high-level unlocks)

I really wish they'd lowered the CR requirements for ranking up at higher levels, especially after a year or so when fewer people were playing.

I never did unlock my Recon helmet...

Well i just made it to the flashback trial of Apollo justice, where to take control of Phoenix.

All that time spent grinding for the Inclement Weather armor effect... ;_;

Good thing most was in Firefight and I absolutely freaking loved that game mode.

So Halo 2 Anniversary is rumored to be a thing and I can't wait. I never got to play any of its campaign and have long wanted to.

I can actually say I have all the Halo games (yes, even Halo Wars. It's a digital copy.) From the original Xbox version of Halo: CE to Halo 4. I have it all. Even Halo: Reach Legendary Edition too.

Tales of the Abyss: Getting ready for the final dungeon, just need to get all 9 Stones for Jade's Arte's and the last book for Luke's.


Does anyone else have problems with updating their 3DS/2DS? I wanted to get the free Zelda 4 Swords, but the update keeps crashing.

I'm disappointed that Gumshoes only appearance in Ace attorney 4 is in one testimony in the flashback.

How long is that game? I spent days playing it and felt like i made no progress.

Tales of the Abyss? I'm 45 hours in, but it probably won't take me more then 2 hours to finish it. Which for a Tales game is pretty short, I put over 70 into Vesperia.

No kidding. It was OUTRAGEOUS.

Reach Firefight was perfect. I can't believe Halo 4 got rid of it in favour of Spartan Ops.

Reach had so many options. So much customizability. It was just great how you could create just about any kind of game you wanted. Then 4 came and took out ALL of those features.

Also, I bloody hope Halo 2 Anniversary happens. Halo 2 is one of the best, and I have so much nostalgia for it. I'd love to play it online with friends in HD.
