Man, The Flash was pretty good last night. I saw the Barry's blood thing coming a mile away, but it was still damned entertaining when it came to light. That show is fast, no pun intended, becoming the highlight of the week.

my favorite part of that episode was when Barry saved that jumper and he's like "you're not gonna let me go back up there, are you?"

I really feel they are starting to overdo it with all these comicbook shows. Well good for them that are looking forward to it though.

I read a review of the script a couple weeks back; it sounds really bad.

Never even heard of it, but Fox can't even give us a good cop drama with Gotham, so I'll pass on this.

Well, goal achieved, he doesn’t look anything like Aquaman. Take away the trident and you have some tattooed dude looking for his shirt.

What is it with today’s comic-shows/movies that the character is forbidden to look anything like his comic-self and everything needs to be as realistic as possible?

And here I thought we were past putting movie superheroes in nothing but black. Is DC just not giving any kind of a fuck or maybe it's just the color balance in the teaser photo?

They want a specific color palette for their movies. So mainly black, grey and any other really dark color.

All I could think of when seeing that was Khal Drogo...

Then I was reminded of Stargate Atlantis.

And now I'm much more into seeing him in this role.

(Although visually he's still blatantly just Drogo. Wardrobe could've done more there.)

He looks just like Khal Drogo there, but I can't deny how awesome Momoa looks in that pic. Though I still have little to no expectation for this train wreck of a film, I at least like Aquaman's look.

Well he looks exactly what I imagined he would be when I first heard hes going to be played by Jason Momoa. Mixed in with some typical Zack Snyder "Lets make him cool!" thrown in with the unnecessary tatoos.

although I think the idea of Aquaman's actor being Hawaiian is neat, I would prefer they didn't make him look like John Travolta from Battlefield.

I would've prefered they made him look like Aquaman from Brave and the Bold, or Young Justice.

This exactly. He looks like Khal Drogo, but that mixed with 90s Aquaman was obviously what they were gonna be going for as soon as he was cast.
