Odd question in the middle of all this, is it just me or do a lot of people not like mach?

Alot of people dont and rightfully so. He can be pretty annoying and a douchebag to other chracters.

I came around on him during the last three episodes and really like him now. But I dont blame people that cant get into him.

When mach uses the circus car I get so excited cause the whole sequence is so over the top , so bad it's good!

I just hope they remove the Kusaka/Kaixa-route from Gou sooner. Cause I DON'T want him to die with no redemption!

How is Gou anything like Kaixa? Gou is not even a bad person. He is just a douche that sometimes likes to make fun of people.

And him disliking Chase is his right as is hating all Roidmudes. The Roidmudes tried to eradicate humanity and are still doing it.

I just had a thought what if the tire are all able to attach to the tridoron tire, thus making type tridoron though one of the most awkward to work in rider costumes.

Kaixas hatred for the Orphonochs is completely different from how Gou acts about it and their characters have absolutely zero things in common.

If that's true then why does Gou hate ALL Roidmudes!?

There has to be a reason why he hates them!? I say that some Roidmude appeared in America and since Mach is similar to Speed Racer, maybe someone... Trixie or Rex/Racer X was involved in his life that died or something.

If its possible, then Roidmude 001 was responsible for that change.

Again. They tried to destroy every living human being on the planet only a few months ago. That alone is more then enough reason to hate every Roidmude.

He's not Kaxia in the slightest I'm sure even Winston can prove this.

Not to mention that we haven't seen any cases of "good" Roidmudes besides Chase for like 5 seconds.

I like Gou, but that does not mean I share his view on Roidmudes, heck I've always found a bit weird that the solution in toku is always (with few exceptions) to kill the monster of the week.

Its that culture thing again. The Monsters in toku are pretty much scene as "the evil" that has to be destroyed by "the good". Which differs from the western view of justice where there are alot more grey areas.

Yeah, I get it's the MO, but it always gets me a bit.
That's why I prefer when the MOTW is a human and gets redemption.

But thats another thing again since in the showa era they arent considered humans anymore by the Riders since they often willingly gave up their humanity to be turned into monsters through selfish reasons.

I always like it better when humans become or create the monster, ultimately get redemption, and learn from their mistakes. The W/OOO/Fourze approach... Den-O also had a bit of that element as well.

Just watch Episode 18, Chase jacked the ride crosser, makes me wonder if Mach is going to die and at some point later Chaser takes over Mach's belt when he turns good.

Well, Producer Takahito Omori states that Kamen Rider Drive is Kamen Rider meet Knight Rider. Knight Rider have a human bad guy so that make sense to have human bad guy

Great, I feel that the mysteries in drive, are either incredibly telegraphed (Maschin Chaser, and Proto-Drive) or they don't clue in the audience at all, making it hard to solve the mystery alongside the characters, which, at least in my opinion, is what a good mystery should do, it should also allow the viewer to go back over the episode and go "ooh" when you realized something that played into the mystery, this is best exemplified with Gou and the flowers in episode 13, and the sword strikes in episode 18, hell the sword strikes would be easy to solve, just have Otta, and his mentor doing kendo when they meet.

I think that is a good thing that they don't clue you in and you have to pay EXTREME attention (yes they do clue you in at times but damn it is very minor.) but I do like that it can be a real twist at times.

I seriously do think Mach will die soon. He is too reckless and he is too over confident in his abilities , so eventually he will get hurt or even die. I will say it will be an interesting turn in the series.

As much as I like Mach, I really do hope he lasts a few more episodes before ONLY getting hurt,dont wanna see him die :(. But chaser and Mach can't both exist at the same time, I would like to see a passing of the torch. Something like Date and Gotou.

I honestly think that Mach won't die. Just because he and Chase use the same belt doesn't mean anything. I get that people don't like the character, but c'mon Gou is not going to die, maybe be down for a few episodes but he will more than likely be with us until the end.

I think both Chase and Gou will have both belts similar to Mach.

I wanna see Gou suspended from being Mach by Professor Harley, due to his hate for all the Roidmudes such as Chase, even though he saved Kiriko once.

I think mach is great character, I don't won't to see anything happen to him but due to current speculation of getting hurt or dying he us the most likely candidate

Why almost everyone is so obsessed with (more likely want) the death of some characters (especially Rider)? Will it going to help the plot and help the series going stronger? I doubt it.

I don't really understand why people immediately think Gou is gonna die for Kamen Rider Chaser to debut. I mean there are other options. Like Gou gets injured (keyword, INJURED) and Chase takes his belt. Or hell, the guy who made Gou's Mach Driver Honoo has shown he can visit the gang when needed. Whats to say he just doesn't make a replica of Gou's belt for Chase to use?

Again with lot of people against Gou for hating Roidmude?!
