Step 1 to a comeback victory: Don't just spam dash attacks. Sonic is fast, but come on, you could have faked me out or something. Don't be so obvious since you literally just dash attacked Dedede to death...

Approach differently.
Klonoa has literally done the same combo time and time again and you never changed your approach. You ran head long and tried to Raptor Boost. Upon missing, he'll do the Mii Fighter dash kick into the tornado uppercut.
Over. And over. And over.
And yet you kept approaching the same way. Take advantage of patterns. Pay attention to how your opponent handles the same situation.

The same applies to when you were Shulk, too (Even though you won), relying on specific kill moves and trying to set up those situations.

And Jigglypuff doesn't work well on stages you can't fall off of. I could try my hardest, but unless I get a clutch Rest, she just doesn't have the raw KO power to send enemies flying.
While you can fall off of the Animal Crossing stage, it's basically the same mentality, since it's so wide and she'd spend more time trying to lure opponents to the edge than actually initiating.
I didn't feel like prolonging a fight like that (And it doesn't help that I really hate that stage. Most of my deaths are by falling shoes or blocks, not by opponents :lol)

A lot. Your approach isn't as predictable as Shulk, so I had trouble keeping up with you.

Don't tell yourself that. You just need to find out what your main issue is as certain characters so you can learn to fix them.

Good games! They were pretty fun! Your Shulk is improving steadily, while your Meta Knight needs to rely a little less on specials, as his normals are more safe.

And just something I've noticed about how you play in general: When your opponent is constantly rolling around you, don't be afraid down Smash. You don't need to charge it long or anything, but I noticed that you rarely ever do it.

I can do that with a down smash? holy shit! But down smashing is hard for me, and I fear if I hit the special button a picosecond too late to going down I'll fall off a platform if I'm on one.

Well, except for rare cases (Like ZS Samus), a down smash hits both sides of you, so an enemy will have a high chance of getting hit if they roll around you a lot. Sometimes timing can be big (In our Falco vs. Meta Knight fight, I missed) since you're just taking a shot, but it's a quick way to get an enemy away from you.

Something a lot of people mistake is that they charge it for damage. Keep in mind that you're not going for damage. You're not going for a kill. You're just trying to get an enemy away from you to regroup, so release it as soon as possible.

You do run the risk of falling through if you hit down too early, but if you don't charge, you won't be in too bad of a situation.

That one challenge with Dr. Mario's 8 Fever Rushes is getting to me.

I mean sure I now own some awesome trophies but what I really want is the gold. However I can't get to 8 because if it's not the bomb blocks killing me it's the gold blocks falling off the stage and it's making me angry.

I've been doing a trick that says to let the Fever Rush stay on after the gauge empties and that's been a real boon, but what else should I do?
