Removing the little diamond thing on his abdomen was a pain in the ASS. It's also incredibly fucking tiny, so be really careful getting it off. I was finally able to get it off by prying it off at its bottom edge with my nail, and I still managed to shoot it off. Thankfully I found it, but yeah, that piece is not fun. (At least it pegs in securely though.)

That aside, nice figure! With the extra effects parts and decent amount of hands, I would've pegged this as a retail release instead of a web exclusive.

Oh thank goodness, the Tiga two-pack comes with a stage for the Guts Wing. It annoyed me when Gaia V1 didn't come with one for the XIG Fighters.

Yes, I did. It was one of the several things I got autographed there by the Japanese guest.

It was a fun show! Meeting Bin and Hiroko and getting their pictures and autographs was great! There was a vendor selling Ultra-Acts there which is unusual for many comic conventions.

Oh yeah, I forgot I took these. I think Hikari's the first to have the white bubble? It feels flimsier compared to the normal clear bubble.

Ace Robot looks like Ace wearing...old timey bodybuilder gear? They're actually separate pieces that come loose a bit often on the limbs. You can jam them farther up/down their respective limb to get them to stay in place, but it's not that hard to loosen them while handling him. Other than that, he's pretty similar to Ace, other than the bands expectedly restricting posability a bit.

Hikari's solid. Gaia Supreme was the last older release I'd been meaning to track down.

To connect an Ultra to one of the crosses, you utilize the same spot in his back for the Tamashii stage adaptors. I don't have the room to display them currently and didn't want to take the chains out of their baggy (they're packed in a bag), so I can't account for how stable they are with an Ultra attached. You can move the connector up and down. There's a tab on the back of the cross that allows you to "lock" the connector, and the chains also peg in to the holes on the back. The crosses themselves peg into a rocky base; it's nice and tight, almost too much.

Hikari's really pretty. With Tsurugi and now Cosmos, plus Tiga Sky renewal, it's a nice change of pace to have as many blue Ultras out.

Ace Robot's a fun set, but it's best if you have the space to display it properly (which I currently don't). Hikari came out really nice as well. On to Yulian in a couple weeks!
