Watching the demo again, it would appear the jaw pieces are all compatible between each figure. I'm gonna speculate then that giving Buffa & Tycoon their own entry jaws is so you don't have to use the one attached to Geats, and vice versa on the Zombie and Ninja forms

That is good, then -- so in that case it purely relies on the eye pieces. Zombie's eyes are a similar enough shade to Magnum's that it can work well enough for Buffa using either; and arguably that applies to Ninja and Tycoon too.

I'm still not entirely sure what the point is of the extra jaw pieces, because you then have more jaw pieces than respective torsos -- ie buying Buffa gets you one Zombie torso but two Zombie jaws. Maybe it's a typo of some sort?

I'm speculating that one jaw piece is to use for Buffa/Tycoon, and then a spare to use on anyone else. The wording on the PB US page is kinda off and can make it sound like Geats needs a unique jaw for the form change, but it clearly states there's an extra one.

Oh yeah, but what I'm saying is that like... okay, you've got Buffa out the box and you haven't changed him. He looks exactly as he does most the time; he's got his Zombie torso on with naturally the Zombie jaw piece. You have an extra Zombie jaw piece however, which you can then give to Geats or Tycoon to use with... Magnum, Entry or Ninja. You know? There's no second Zombie torso to use that jaw piece with, so I'm not sure what it would be useful for.

... Well, actually, very small detachable piece on a SHF Rider; maybe I should just be happy they include spares for once :lol

Yeah if the jaws can work with the other riders then it literally makes no sense to include another one (and label it for use with Geats), especially since you can only display 1 form at a time (unless you buy multiples). There’s also issue of eye pieces since there are no orange ones for Tycoon (or red for Buffa) to use when swapping forms and just trying to fudge it with the eyes included would look very… wrong. Also Tycoon wouldn’t be able to use the proper boost legs since there is no green band around the leg.
This kinda makes me wonder if this is a tease for a potential accessory set in order to make the form change gimmick work across the entire line.
