Who here is a fan of the lime green suits for the green heroes since ToQger?
Given that Zyuoh Shark is a lighter blue I think it would have been better if Zyuoh Elephant went with something akin to Kyoryu Green's hue-wise. For ToQger it works well cause the blue for ToQ2 is a much darker and richer hue compared to Zyuoh Shark so it feels balanced when all of them are gathered. Zyuohger's palette is a tad too bright(which does not sway my opinion of the show itself cause I think it is currently the best thing since sliced bread and lunchables). |
What was the reason of why Go-Busters wasn't a great Sentai show?
I think Go-Busters was too boring! Robot buddy (Except Cheeda Nick and Beet J. Stag) were unlikeable! Gorisaki Banana was crying all the time! Usada Lettuce was the jerk one! None of Main Go-Busters got a proper character development. |
Should Sentai have less gimmicks ?

Should they do another 4 Villain Group?
Boukenger have 4 Villain Group and it been 10 years since they use that concept! Recent Sentai villains have become stale compare to Kamen Rider Villains. How can they refresh Sentai Villains? Well DO 4 Villain Group! I got idea! Robot Pirate! Space Empire! Mutant Criminals and Demon Clan! Do it now! |
God no. Whether it's doing them all at once like Boukenger or one at a time like Goseiger, multiple villain groups always end up uneven and undeveloped.
|
If they have somekind of subgroups like mechanical and mutant monsters could work, i think.
|
The subgroups in Gingaman were great, but they were unified by their shared organization and common goal. And I thought the multiple groups was a major weakness in Boukenger and don't want the concept to return.
|
I don't really like the idea of multiple groups. I'm only a quarter of the way through Gingaman, and it works there because it's basically just a reason to swap monster themes. They're all working towards the same purpose. It felt like a total cluster in Goseiger, though. The groups were boring, got very little time to do much, and even the more memorable ones bit the dust before they actually did anything interesting.
I didn't get far enough into Boukenger for it to make much difference, though. |
Do you guys think that Toei ideas is over ?
